職位描述:

職責(zé)描述:

1.負(fù)責(zé)組織、協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)籌研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)及項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和管理;

2.協(xié)助部門總監(jiān)制定年度研發(fā)計(jì)劃, 確定產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新目標(biāo);

3.組織研發(fā)項(xiàng)目組進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品研發(fā),完成研發(fā)任務(wù);

4.制定和修正研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)的管理制度和工作流程;

5.對所管理研發(fā)項(xiàng)目職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的工作有指揮、協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)督管理的權(quán)力;

6.對重大技術(shù)問題的決策權(quán),項(xiàng)目變更請求確認(rèn)權(quán);

7.對所屬下級和的工作有監(jiān)督、考核權(quán),有獎懲的建議權(quán);

8.對所屬下級的管理水平、技術(shù)水平和業(yè)績有評估建議權(quán)。

任職要求:

1.本科以上(如個(gè)人能力優(yōu)異,可酌情放寬要求);

2.5年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和部門管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);管理過20人以上的團(tuán)隊(duì),擁有至少1個(gè)成功被實(shí)施和應(yīng)用的項(xiàng)目案例(項(xiàng)目標(biāo)的超過百萬);

3.有壓力容器類相關(guān)使用經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程及產(chǎn)品測試過程;

4.有較強(qiáng)的先進(jìn)技術(shù)感知能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力,敏銳地把握技術(shù)動態(tài)、技術(shù)方向的能力;

5.熟悉公司產(chǎn)品涉及的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品發(fā)展趨勢,具有敏銳市場判斷能力;熟悉知識產(chǎn)權(quán)相關(guān)法規(guī),有專利申報(bào)等實(shí)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

6.工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力和統(tǒng)籌管理能力,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目的組織能力。

第2篇 it副總監(jiān)崗位職責(zé)

it副總監(jiān) ? understands business objectives and processes and align it direction and activities with business, collaborating with business to create effective it solutions that add value to the company.

? plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the activities of various sections of the it department; provides leadership, direction, and guidance for development and operational activities to achieve the department’s goals and business objectives.

? assists the group director of it in formulating and implementing strategies, policies, it plan, programs, procedures, and standards of the it department.

? e_ercises considerable independent judgment to analyze, develop, and recommend plans and solutions to operational, management, business process, architecture and platforms, and utilizes effective leadership skills to implement such plans and recommendations.

? recruits, selects and evaluates staff; assigns and reviews projects with project managers to determine progress and work priorities; ensures adherence to standards and procedures; identifies, recommends and initiates training for division staff.

? ensures a team of motivated and competent staff is developed and maintained.

? directs managers, it staff, support teams to closely collaborate with business units, analyze, consider, challenge or otherwise accomplish work requests, and recommend viable technical improvements to business processes.

? collaborates and works closely with other it sections and business units to identify opportunities, objectives, plans, and methods to satisfy business requirements and acts as catalyst for innovation and change

? identifies opportunities to develop and deploy systems that will enhance operational efficiencies and revenue opportunities; evaluates and recommends new tools and methodologies that will e_pedite or enhance the development process.

? prepares, monitors and administers annual budget for division including staffing and hardware and software services; negotiates contracts and services with vendors; coordinates, reviews and analyzes requests for proposals including ensuring compliance within technical specifications

academic background

(include preferred discipline, if any)

? bachelor degree or above in information technology/information systems

? pmi certified is an advantage

? knowledge and e_perience in sdlc methodology

c. working e_perience

? at least 10 years’ e_perience in software development with at least 6 years in managing systems developments and project management

? erp system implementation e_perience is preferred

? deep knowledge of supply chain management
