關(guān)于探親假的期限

《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于職工探親待遇的規(guī)定》第3條規(guī)定探親假期分為以下幾種：

(1)探望配偶，每年給予一方探親假一次，30天。

(2)未婚員工探望父母，每年給假一次，20天，也可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，2年給假一次，45天。

(3)已婚員工探望父母，每4年給假一次，20天。探親假期是指職工與配偶、父、母團(tuán)聚的時(shí)間，另外，根據(jù)實(shí)際需要給予路程假。上述假期均包括公休假日和法定節(jié)日在內(nèi)。

外國(guó)人來(lái)華工作許可是中國(guó)政府對(duì)外國(guó)人申請(qǐng)到中國(guó)工作實(shí)行統(tǒng)一準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和審批監(jiān)管的全新制度，是對(duì)原有制度的改革和完善。改革重點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)五個(gè)統(tǒng)一：

一、申請(qǐng)邀請(qǐng)函的中國(guó)企業(yè)資格

1、在我省依法登記的法人企業(yè)（注冊(cè)資金在50萬(wàn)元人民幣以上）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱邀請(qǐng)單位），可申辦邀請(qǐng)與本單位有實(shí)質(zhì)業(yè)務(wù)的外國(guó)人以商務(wù)（f字）簽證入境。

4、邀請(qǐng)單位企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件（上年度已通過(guò)年審、加蓋企業(yè)公章）;

5、專辦員授權(quán)書，邀請(qǐng)單位必須出具授權(quán)書給單位專辦員（法人簽名、加蓋企業(yè)公章）

（材料均用a4紙復(fù)印紙?zhí)峤?，材料不清楚或資料不齊全視為無(wú)效） 以上要求從xx年7月1日開始，任何邀請(qǐng)單位都必須備案。

三、審批流程

首先，根據(jù)外商來(lái)華目的，合資格的企業(yè)將申請(qǐng)資料送到順德貿(mào)促會(huì)辦理;然后，經(jīng)順德貿(mào)促會(huì)初審后，再送到省貿(mào)促會(huì)審批;最后，省貿(mào)促會(huì)把邀請(qǐng)函的正本寄回順德貿(mào)促會(huì)，由順德貿(mào)促會(huì)通知并轉(zhuǎn)交申請(qǐng)企業(yè)。

四、申請(qǐng)資料

（材料均用a4紙復(fù)印紙?zhí)峤?，材料不清楚或資料不齊全視為無(wú)效，文件一式兩份）

1. 《外國(guó)人入境審批表》一份;同一邀請(qǐng)單位每次邀請(qǐng)的外國(guó)商人一般不得超過(guò)2名;不得邀請(qǐng)未成年人入境。（[附件:外國(guó)人入境審批表.doc][附件:審批表填寫說(shuō)明.doc]）

2. 《申請(qǐng)報(bào)告》（由邀請(qǐng)單位以單位信箋紙打印、蓋章，說(shuō)明來(lái)華（穗）目的、在華（穗）行程和相關(guān)承諾及擔(dān)保事項(xiàng)）;這是具有法律效力的申請(qǐng)報(bào)告，必須按原有格式，只能根據(jù)申請(qǐng)公司的具體情況作出相應(yīng)的公司、人員、姓名、電話、公司地址等修改。（[附件:申請(qǐng)報(bào)告.doc]）

3. 邀請(qǐng)單位企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件（上年度已通過(guò)年審）;

4. 邀請(qǐng)單位銀行資信證明（內(nèi)容包括：公司全稱、注冊(cè)帳號(hào)、是否有效、是否有經(jīng)常往來(lái)、是否有存款）;

5. 外國(guó)人有效護(hù)照復(fù)印件（必須清晰可見姓名、出生日期、國(guó)籍、護(hù)照號(hào)碼、護(hù)照有效期等信息，且護(hù)照有效期須在半年以上）;

6. 被邀請(qǐng)人單位（個(gè)人）銀行資信證明（英文證明內(nèi)容包括：公司全稱（個(gè)人姓名）、注冊(cè)帳號(hào)、是否有效、是否有經(jīng)常往來(lái)、有多少存款等）。

7. 被邀請(qǐng)人以往來(lái)華出入境記錄（最后一次來(lái)華出入境記錄）。 被邀請(qǐng)對(duì)象尚在我國(guó)境內(nèi)的不予受理。

須經(jīng)常來(lái)華（三個(gè)月以內(nèi)兩次以上進(jìn)入中國(guó)境內(nèi)進(jìn)行商務(wù)活動(dòng)的）的外籍商人，申請(qǐng)資料必須提供最后一次來(lái)華的出入境簽證記錄。不予提供者，我會(huì)不接受申請(qǐng)。

如被邀請(qǐng)人屬首次來(lái)華，外國(guó)公司出具的在職證明掃描件（須用外國(guó)公司信箋紙出具該英文證明，內(nèi)容包括該外國(guó)商人在該公司所任職務(wù)、護(hù)照號(hào)、來(lái)華目的、出入境時(shí)間、旅費(fèi)是否足夠等，加蓋外國(guó)公司公章及相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人簽名）; 邀請(qǐng)單位出具與外國(guó)公司商務(wù)往來(lái)證明（有效經(jīng)貿(mào)合同，真實(shí)的商務(wù)往來(lái)email原件的打印件）。

（2）用新護(hù)照申請(qǐng)時(shí)，需同時(shí)提供舊護(hù)照復(fù)印頁(yè)及舊護(hù)照來(lái)華簽證記錄。

（3）從xx年9月12日起，已停辦理尼日利亞籍商人來(lái)華邀請(qǐng)，何時(shí)恢復(fù)辦理，請(qǐng)留意網(wǎng)上有關(guān)通知。

7、所發(fā)簽證通知表及邀請(qǐng)函僅具有建議權(quán)，供被邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)商人向我駐外國(guó)各大使館、總領(lǐng)館申請(qǐng)來(lái)華商務(wù)簽證，最終是否獲得簽證及簽證有效期、出入境次數(shù)由我駐外國(guó)各大使館、總領(lǐng)館決定。邀請(qǐng)單位每次邀請(qǐng)人數(shù)不超過(guò)2人，不受理外國(guó)商人前來(lái)簽發(fā)單位申請(qǐng)。
