外國人來華工作許可是中國政府對(duì)外國人申請(qǐng)到中國工作實(shí)行統(tǒng)一準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和審批監(jiān)管的全新制度，是對(duì)原有制度的改革和完善。改革重點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)五個(gè)統(tǒng)一：
