mission:
assemble and install elementary parts， components， sub-assemblies (metallic， composite， electrical，...) or wire harnesses to build up electrical or mechanical equipment or main assemblies ready for testing while ensuring the conformity of all operations with the technical documents.
responsibilities & activities
inputs: elementary parts， components， sub-assemblies， wire harness and mechanical / electrical equipment
technical documents: production procedures， work plans， specifications， bills of material， drawings， 3d-pictures.
outputs: assembly， installation， integration and adjustment of mechanical parts， wire harness and mechanical / electrical equipment by using hand work， manual or driven tools / machines in conjunction with jigs / templates in order to assemble parts ready for testing with its associated production documentation incl. first level quality inspection to ensure the conformity of all operations like:
