第11篇 催化主管崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、負責公司酶及酶催化相關產品研發(fā)工作,進行研發(fā)路線的執(zhí)行和優(yōu)化、放大,后處理分離純化工藝的開發(fā);
2、安排對實驗產物進行檢測分析:酶活、色譜純度與手性分析;
3、負責酶活性的評價,酶學性質的研究和酶固定化
4、組建生物技術研發(fā)團隊
崗位要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,生物技術、微生物學、發(fā)酵工程、生物催化、生物工程、微生物學、分子生物學等相關專業(yè);
2、熟悉酶相關工作流程,有大型酶催化企業(yè)相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先;
3、具有酶的固定化,酶結構與功能研究相關研究背景,熟悉液態(tài)酶(液態(tài)酶、固體酶)生產技術流程,具有產品研發(fā)能力;
4、具備較強的資料檢索、分析和整理能力,學習能力強,能同時進行多線任務;
5、不拘泥于現有分析方法,敢于嘗試不同的方法和儀器,并不斷提高工作效率,對本領域感興趣;
6、從事生物制藥行業(yè)技術研究5年以上,有團隊組建和管理經驗;
