10.e_perience / knowledge in test management, both manual and automation test;

11.e_cellent skills in problem analysis and investigation, trouble-shooting;

12.e_perience with mobile applications;

13.familiar with jira, soap ui or other testing tools;

14.knowledge of development tools/languages, agile delivery approach;

15.istqb / itil certifications.
