第1篇 研發(fā)經(jīng)理（qpcr方向）職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求
職位描述：
職責(zé)描述：
1、參與體外診斷試劑（pcr方法）分子診斷產(chǎn)品研發(fā)從前期預(yù)研、可行性論證，立項(xiàng)研發(fā)到注冊等全過程；
2、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度，團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)調(diào)，保證項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃完成，并達(dá)到所需的質(zhì)量要求
3、了解國內(nèi)外診斷試劑的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，對產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)的引進(jìn)開發(fā)提出可行性建議；
4、制訂并實(shí)施研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，配合試生產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)品申報(bào)相關(guān)工作；
5、制訂項(xiàng)目技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)工作操作流程、操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

任職要求：
1、免疫學(xué)、生物學(xué)、檢驗(yàn)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上，要求有經(jīng)驗(yàn)三年以上ivd腫瘤研發(fā)；
2、熟悉體外診斷試劑產(chǎn)品申報(bào)、專利書寫申報(bào)者優(yōu)先；
3、需要有pcr、熒光定量pcr等相關(guān)項(xiàng)目研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
