(一)部門職責(zé)
1.營(yíng)銷需求計(jì)劃執(zhí)行
根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈管理部提供的營(yíng)銷需求計(jì)劃，合理制定生產(chǎn)部門日排產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，負(fù)責(zé)打碼作業(yè)，并協(xié)助與監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)部門保質(zhì)保量完成任務(wù)。
2.制定生產(chǎn)報(bào)表、工作月報(bào)、工資計(jì)算
2.1建立生產(chǎn)報(bào)表，每日與erp系統(tǒng)核對(duì)，確保數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)準(zhǔn)確。
2.2每月4日前完成生產(chǎn)部門上個(gè)月度工作月報(bào)。
2.3每月4日前完成生產(chǎn)部門上個(gè)月度工資計(jì)算，并及時(shí)核對(duì)，確保工資金額的正確性。
2.4參與生產(chǎn)部門工資方案的商討。
3.生產(chǎn)成本核算與管控
3.1負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理目標(biāo)，按照目標(biāo)管理的原則進(jìn)行逐層分解，分析生產(chǎn)部門中各類消耗，制定合理的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管控目標(biāo)，以確保公司經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。
3.2對(duì)于未達(dá)成生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)的部門，由生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)部每月組織召開經(jīng)營(yíng)檢討會(huì)，由各生產(chǎn)部門分析原因并對(duì)策，生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)部負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤落實(shí)。
4.生產(chǎn)工藝及文件管理
4.1負(fù)責(zé)制定生產(chǎn)線各崗位的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行。
4.2負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)能評(píng)估事項(xiàng)、優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)人員配置以及各專案推行。

5.2確保生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整潔有序，參與生產(chǎn)部門的6s、安全查核與管理。
(二)各崗位職責(zé)
1、生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)部經(jīng)理
1.1負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)需求，制定生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)部相關(guān)管理制度，不斷更新及完善制度架構(gòu)，確保部門管理水平符合公司經(jīng)營(yíng)需求。
1.2負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理目標(biāo)，按照目標(biāo)管理的原則進(jìn)行逐層分解，分析生產(chǎn)部門中各類消耗，制定合理的管控目標(biāo)及保證措施，以確保公司經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。
1.3負(fù)責(zé)管理《生產(chǎn)工藝流程》、《設(shè)備安全操作規(guī)程》以及各崗位《作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》的制定與修訂，并監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行狀況。
1.4負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)部門產(chǎn)能評(píng)估及工藝改進(jìn)事項(xiàng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)崗位人員優(yōu)化配置，不斷提高生產(chǎn)效率。
1.5負(fù)責(zé)合理調(diào)配生產(chǎn)部門的排產(chǎn)安排，做到轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)，排產(chǎn)均衡。

2.4負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助部門主管，執(zhí)行部門工作管理(績(jī)效)及崗位配置，培訓(xùn)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)及工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，不斷優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)人員工作技能及效率水平，以符合部門經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展需求。

3.4負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)部門工藝參數(shù)的制定以及參與生產(chǎn)部門6s及安全查核。
3.5負(fù)責(zé)打碼事項(xiàng)的安排，確保符合生產(chǎn)管理需求。
3.6負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助部門主管培訓(xùn)打碼技術(shù)及工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，不斷優(yōu)化打碼人員工作技能及效率水平，以符合部門經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展需求。
4、打碼員
4.1負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行完成當(dāng)班的打碼任務(wù)。
