1、工作總結(jié)

20__年_月_日，我開始加入到__公司，跟著老員工學(xué)習(xí)，第一次參與訂單登記和后臺管理;第一次參與英文客服訂單驗證工作;第一次參與問題單、完成訂單回信;第一次接觸到chargeback、投訴處理。在這里，我看到了希望，因為我可以學(xué)到更多的工作內(nèi)容。由于之前我從事過相關(guān)工作，所以我上手很快。感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各位同事的指導(dǎo)幫助，感謝公司給了我學(xué)習(xí)的機會。在這里，我看到了一批拼命、賣力、踏實的人工作，我看到了一個好的團(tuán)隊，而且我沒有了工作壓力感。但遺憾的是，我一直沒有自信獨立完成整個流程規(guī)范化的操作和控制，這將是在未來的一年中，我要面臨和改變的首要，也是最重要的問題。

2、工作中的不足

在工作中，我欠缺主動性，與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和大家溝通較少，考慮問題不夠全面和細(xì)致，失誤較多，尤其是在訂單驗證和追單方面，我需要多花時間和精力去學(xué)習(xí)。因為這距離工作中公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我的期望和要求還有很大的距離。同時，英語理論知識水平、工作壓力承受能力，以及對具體工作的實施與計劃等問題上還有待進(jìn)一步提高，一系列的問題需要我在以后的工作中努力克服和解決，使自己更好地做好本職工作。并且自己應(yīng)該而且能夠做的事情，要勇于承擔(dān)，不依賴他人，不退縮、不逃避，勇敢地邁出每一步，今后在工作中才能做到更加自信和大膽仔細(xì)。

二、20__年計劃

新的一年即將到來，充滿了挑戰(zhàn)和機遇，我必須更加的努力。看似容易，做起來卻是需要用心、用力、用態(tài)度的，需要有自信，有更強的耐力。我堅信有公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確決策，有各位同事的協(xié)助，加上我個人的不懈努力，20__年會是我在公司實現(xiàn)蛻變的一年。

1、增強責(zé)任感，服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排，積極與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通，提高工作效率。

要積極主動地把工作做到點上，落到實處，減少工作失誤。時刻堅持不懂就問，不明白就多學(xué)的態(tài)度，與同事多合作，與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多匯報工作情況和建議，做為一個新人要將自己放的低一點，懂得團(tuán)隊的力量和重要性。

2、勤學(xué)習(xí)，提高專業(yè)服務(wù)能力。

涉及到工作相關(guān)知識的學(xué)習(xí)，不怕苦難，努力克服。工作中遇到了許多接觸少，甚至從不了解的新事物、新問題、新情況。比如service信件處理、退款流程、訂單登記細(xì)節(jié)處理、打電話驗證，回答客人問題等。面對這些問題，要自己先多了解，熟悉公司的產(chǎn)品，訂單操作，以及如何管理，做到心中有數(shù)，使自己很快能進(jìn)入工作角色，用專業(yè)的言語向客戶表達(dá)。

3、多行動，堅守工作職責(zé)。

英文客服崗位，工作時間長，任務(wù)繁重，壓力大，有夜班，肩負(fù)著公司的形象。所以，需要的是有責(zé)任心、不怕吃苦、能耐勞、樂于奉獻(xiàn)的人。我們也要學(xué)會不斷調(diào)節(jié)自己的情緒，給自己解壓。

在工作中做一個留心人。在公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)關(guān)心下，我逐漸熟悉了工作情況，通過自身細(xì)心觀察和留意，反思和總結(jié)，吸取精華，提取糟粕，在工作中不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗。捕捉和發(fā)現(xiàn)大家工作中的亮點，加以學(xué)習(xí)和自我提高，拓寬知識面，提高履行崗位職責(zé)的能力。

what have you e_perienced this year? what have you learned from them? with every e_perience we face, there are important things to learn. we can either let these incidences paus by, or we can stop to understand, internalize them, and draw lessons from them. life is your school, and the lessons are dressed up as your everyday incidences. you don’t want to be living year after year without learning from your e_periences. that’s just sleepwalking your life away.

there are a lot of lessons which i learn every year. looking back at my review for 20__, one of the biggest lessons i learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. this realization came after a highly intense period at my job. at that time i was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. it was after a short period of feeling miserable that i realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. i could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or i could take action and make the best out of it. this small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. it made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. happineis truly a choice.

because i would write down lessons i learned each time (in my life handbook), i could then build upon my learnings. rather than deja vuing through life situations, every time i would think about how i could apply what i had learned earlier and how i could do something different. as a result, i kept moving forward in my growth.

many things can happen in a year and this is the perfect time to wrap them up. were there any ups and downs? did you get a promotion? did you recently quit your job and joined a new workplace? did you just start up a business? did you move to a new place? did you just end an unhappy relationship? did you move on from a bad partnership? any major events took place? or perhaps there are nothing significant that happened?

3. regain focus

after working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the ne_t. subsequently, it’s so easy to fall into a routine without being conscious of it. sometimes i hear people commenting that they’re not sure what e_actly they’ve been doing with the past few years of their lives, because everything just seems like the same.

工作了幾年后你會發(fā)現(xiàn)，每年似乎開始有些混在一起的感覺，很難把它們區(qū)分開來。然后不知不覺，工作就很容易變成例行公事的老套路。有時候我會聽到人們在說，不知道過去的幾年具體都干了些什么，因為一切看起來都一樣。

it’s just like driving. when you’re driving in a car, it can be hard to see where you are and where you’re heading to. on the other hand, pausing for a short moment to look at the map can be amazingly helpful. where are you right now? how far have you traveled? where do you want to go to? doing so helps you to regain focus.

last but not least, your annual review will help you to start the ne_t year on a high note. as i’m going to share later in the post, doing your review includes setting your goals for the ne_t year. for this year 20__, my one single biggest goal was to build this blog. so this year, while other people were figuring out what to make out of their year, i was a person on a mission. by mid-year i had already e_ceeded some of my goals, and now that it’s the end of the year, i’ve accomplished what i had set out to do at the beginning, and more.

the organizational barriers to having productive year-end reviews can be formidable. the tight link between reviews and compensation discourages openness and honesty. managers at all levels may think as much about their organization’s needs as about individual performance when they do the reviews. for e_ample, interdepartmental rivalries can force a kind of uniformity on your reviews as you try to do the best you can for your people in terms of compensation. if your organization’s culture discourages open and honest feedback ('we don’t do warm and fuzzy'), you may feel constrained to just focus on the numbers. anything else might make you feel like an outlier and make your direct report feel singled out and an_ious.

but even in an unfavorable organizational environment there are things you can control to get more from the process. by better understanding the e_perience on a gut emotional level and working on some key psychological skills, you can create a more useful e_perience and become a better leader in the process.
