第1篇 市退役士兵返鄉(xiāng)歡迎儀式演講稿
《退伍不褪色 回鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)輝煌》
尊敬的各位領導、各位回鄉(xiāng)的退伍兄弟們：
大家好！我叫施建忠，1991年12月入伍，曾在原沈陽軍區(qū)空軍86402部隊、39302部隊、原南京軍區(qū)87414部隊服役四年。
我曾是一名加油員，也是一名自學成才發(fā)表了數(shù)以千計的文學、新聞報道、攝影作品的文藝老青年。曾經是部隊的黨代表，也曾經當時作為部隊唯一面對面見過原___、軍委主席、國家主席江澤民的專機保障士兵。目前是年產值數(shù)千萬的慈溪市龍武漁業(yè)專業(yè)合作社理事長，海潮樂飯店（原臺灣島海鮮樓）老板，是個地地道道的農民、漁民。今天我簡單分享一下我的創(chuàng)業(yè)經歷和體會，希望能給戰(zhàn)友們有所啟發(fā)和幫助。
可愛的小戰(zhàn)友們，回顧我退伍后20多年艱辛的創(chuàng)業(yè)歷程，做過近三十個工作，開過照相館，做過記者，做過職業(yè)中介，農副產品中介，在政府部門做過臨時工，做過私家偵探，蹬過黃包車，騎過摩的，做過直銷，做過保險，甚至破產后流浪街頭，露宿街頭、網吧，靠做臨時工、放黃鱔度日。在身無分文、一身巨債的的情況下從零開始，經過十多年的努力，我摸索出多套成功的水產養(yǎng)殖、種植經驗和技術，合作社也發(fā)展成今天有一定知名度的農業(yè)企業(yè)，自己甚至被聘為著名大學的野外實習專家導師。
在這20多年的創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中，初中畢業(yè)的我吃得苦無法想象，沒有專業(yè)知識，我?guī)缀跆焯鞂W習，到處求學，沒有資金，自己從早干到晚，經常在海上捕魚時遇險，多次差點喪命。幾乎沒有一天休息日，平均每天睡覺3個小時左右，現(xiàn)在也是這樣。不論自己在創(chuàng)業(yè)道路上受過任何的打擊和坎坷，我始終對參軍當兵不后悔，一直以一名革命黨員軍人的堅強意志支撐自己不屈的精神，并且始終以積極、樂觀、自信的態(tài)度面對任何困苦，并一直頑強拼搏地堅持自己的必勝理念！如果沒有軍營的四年學習訓練，現(xiàn)在的我也不可能那么堅強地走下來！但我現(xiàn)在唯一遺憾、也是人生唯一后悔的事，是自己沒有把握機遇留在部隊，因為我差點也成了一名軍官。
在三年前的9月18日，我唯一的兒子施凌霄也受我影響參軍了，就在這個體育館，也是在現(xiàn)在的時間，我送他唯一的禮物《中國共產黨黨章》，希望他的人生因曾經當過兵而自豪，希望他曾經因為經過軍營的錘煉而改變人生！如今，他已經成為一名優(yōu)秀的海軍士官。
親愛的退伍小戰(zhàn)友們，今天起，你們脫掉了軍裝，走上社會，滿懷信心地充滿對未來事業(yè)的憧憬，將獨立地為自己的明天而奮斗，但創(chuàng)業(yè)的道路將會比軍營的生活困難千百倍，付出與艱辛可能無法想象，但只要自己能認真理清選擇什么樣的正確道路，就要有堅定的信念、信心去堅持、學習、努力、拼搏！創(chuàng)業(yè)的道路上，任何困難和坎坷是一定會遇到，但必須義無反顧地去克服！不要回避！但必須要遵紀守法！創(chuàng)業(yè)的成功與否，關鍵在于自己不斷的努力和許多機遇，還有無法估量的風險，而機遇是留給有準備有抱負，在不斷奮勇向前的人！特別是我們錚錚鐵骨、帶著部隊優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的退伍軍人！
戰(zhàn)友們，創(chuàng)業(yè)成功不是一朝一夕，也不是完全簡單地靠打拼就能成功，靠自己不斷努力、虛心學習，靠堅韌的毅力，靠自己不斷在實踐中摸索和創(chuàng)新。
大家退伍了，給大家今后選擇的道路只有兩條，要么去一個單位工作，要么自己創(chuàng)業(yè)。在就業(yè)的道路上，一定要像軍人一樣服從單位安排，一定要像維護國家一樣愛護自己的單位和崗位，要團結同事、同志，只有單位強大了，你才會同工作單位一起成長，才能和工作單位一起賺錢；在創(chuàng)業(yè)道路上，想做大做強，一定要像在軍營一樣有一個共命運共發(fā)展的團隊，打仗一個人難以打贏，抱團作戰(zhàn)才可能勝利！
同時，走上社會創(chuàng)業(yè)一定要講誠信，做人要守法，作為曾經的軍人一定要像在部隊那樣遵紀守法，令行禁止，積極傳播社會正能量！記得利益不是自己個人，是讓更多的人共同獲得，一定要記得對社會應負的責任和付出！這樣，自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展才會更遠更強大！
親愛的戰(zhàn)友們！愿今天以后的每一個明天，你們的創(chuàng)業(yè)道路越走越光明，你們的人生更加精彩！因為，你曾是一名無所畏懼的中國人民解放軍戰(zhàn)士！我的發(fā)言結束了！謝謝大家！

大家好，各位領導，各位來賓，各位好，謝謝大家今天的光臨。
today is an important day for me. for myself, my basketball career and the personal growth in the future, it has a particular meaning。
今天對我來說是重要的日子，無論對我以及以往的籃球職業(yè)生涯，還是未來個人發(fā)展，都具有特殊的意義。
at the end of last year i broke my left foot for a third time. i had to leave the basketball court, and spent the last half of the year waiting, just as many of those who care about me. during that period, i struggled a lot in my heart and thought a lot. now i am going to announce a personal decision: i am going to end my career as a basketball player and officially retire。
去年年底，我的左腳第三次應及性骨折，我不得不離開賽場，半年多以來和很多關心的朋友一樣，我也是在漫長的期待中渡過，在那段時間內心十分糾結，反復思考，為此今天宣布一個個人的決定，作為籃球運動員，我將結束自己的運動生涯，正式退役。
looking back on the past and right into the future, i am deeply grateful。
此時此刻，回顧過去，展望未來，我的內心充滿感激。
first id like to thank basketball. this great sport has brought joys to so many people, including me. i had my first basketball when i was four. i entered the sports school of _uhui district of shanghai when i was nine and entered the shanghai basketball youth team at 14. at 16, i began playing for shanghai basketball team, wearing my fathers number. i inherited my familys tradition by playing basketball. i feel so proud every time i look into the eyes of my parents, who are proud of me. i feel very honored to have the opportunity to win the cba title in 2002 with shanghai shark teammates, which has linked us all to this city behind. basketball also led me on a greater stage when i entered nba that year. i could play with all i had. whats more, i feel thankful that i had the opportunity to fight together with the national team for 10 years, which is many young players dream, and through which i got to know and married my beloved woman, and made a happy family and obtained the happiness of my life. all of these are brought by my love, basketball. i want to thank basketball。
我首先要感謝的是籃球這項偉大的運動，為無數(shù)人帶來了快樂，包括我自己。我4歲的時候有了第一個籃球，9歲就入上海市體校，14歲進入上海訓練隊，16歲背上我父親當年的號碼，代表上海隊比賽，籃球是我延續(xù)家庭的傳承，每當看到父母欣慰的眼神，都感到無比自豪，也非常榮幸有幸能夠和上海大鯊魚的隊友為上海贏得2002年cba冠軍，和我們身后這座城市聯(lián)系在一起。同一年在進入nba之后，籃球引領我進入更寬廣的舞臺，使我盡情展現(xiàn)自己。更要感謝能有機會為中國國家隊可以奮戰(zhàn)十年，那是無數(shù)青年人的夢想，同時因為籃球，與心愛人的結緣，建立美滿的家庭，獲得一生的幸福。所有這些都是無比熱愛的籃球帶給我的，我要感謝籃球。
i would also like to thank life. no matter my favorite basketball or something else, they are all parts of the life. life is like a guide. when you sincerely follow it, it will open one and another door for you and the world outside of them is so different and e_citing. today, i retired. the door of basketball is closed, but another door has just opened which will lead me to a new life waiting for me to e_perience. i will continue to participate in social welfare in the future. yao fund is my personal fund, which has been established for three years. and in the coming future, i will take this as the basis and call on more people to get involved in charity and help more people. and at the same time, i wish to know more friends here and to do some things together with you. i believe the e_changes with all of you will teach me more things that will also enrich my life and help me to start from shanghai to the whole country, from china to the whole world, so ill thank life. and in the coming future, to take it seriously will be the best reward to life。
我還要感謝生活，無論我所熱愛籃球還是別的東西，都是生活的一部分，我覺得生活就像一個向導，你前程追訴他，會打開一閃一的門，今天退役了，一扇門關上，另外一扇門打開，門外有嶄新的生活等著我認真品位。我雖然離開賽場，但是不會離開籃球，上海東方大廈籃球隊是我籃球的延續(xù)，我正在用心的方式管理俱樂部，用這種方式為家鄉(xiāng)帶來快樂。我將繼續(xù)投身社會公益事業(yè)，姚基金是我個人的基金會，已經成立三年，接下來會以此為依托，影響更多的人參與慈善事業(yè)，幫助更多的人。同時我希望結識更多的朋友，一起做喜歡的事情，相信在各行各業(yè)，有識之士的交往中，會學到更多的東西，豐富精彩生活，引領著我從上海走向全國，從中國走向世界。所以我要感謝生活，今后我要認真對待它，才是對生活最好的回報。
at last, i want to thank my family and all my friends. i have a very long name list here, but for time limit, i can only mention some of you, please forgive me. firstly i want to thank my family member, parents, who are the enlightenment to me, ye li is also the best listener. i also want to thank my coaches, who have witnessed every step of my growth, including my mentor, all coaches in shanghai sharks, and the coaches in national team, in rockets, and former manager. i also want to thank all leaders, especially state general administration of sports, especially state general administration of sports, shanghai basketball association, shanghai sports bureau, shanghai wenguang group and leaders from shanghai sharks. their care, encouragement always drives me to progress and to get todays achievement。

i also want to thank the nba and the houston rockets manager. thanks for their presence, and thank you daryl morey. their support and understanding helped me overcome the cultural and language barriers, enabling me to stand firm on the worlds best basketball team. id like to e_tend my gratitude to my teammates and opponents. first of all, liu wei. we have grown up together as teammates, and this will be the most precious e_perience in my life. wang zhizhi and shaquille oneal, it is your presence that keep me endeavoring to catch up to you and you are always my targets. without you two, i could not make such an achievement. i also want to say thanks to fan bin, my mentor on the national team and to shen wei, li nan, mengke bateer, yi jianlian and all my teammates at _uhui district amateur sports school, shanghai youth team, shanghai sharks, houston rockets, national youth team and the national team, to my opponents in the games of cba and nba. it was indeed memorable days to play with you. i also want to thank yaos team (yao mings business planning team) for all you have done for me over the years and i will never forget it。

第3篇 當兵退役的演講稿
帶著孩提時的夢想，帶著雙親的希望，懷著一顆仰慕的心，我穿上了綠色的軍裝，邁進了代表神圣與莊嚴的綠色警營，成為了一名光榮的邊防衛(wèi)士，駐守在北國國門的一角。
日月如梭，光陰似箭。營房旁的楊樹葉疏了又密，密了又疏，擋不住時光老人的腳步匆匆。彈指一揮間，我們即將退伍，脫下這永不褪色的綠色軍裝，踏上歸鄉(xiāng)的列車。募然回首，兩年前我們把夢想打進背包，把愿望埋藏心底，來到這火熱的軍營。依稀記得媽媽流著淚，拉著我的手依依不舍，直到火車駛出很遠很遠，還能看到站臺上那條在寒風中飄蕩的紅色絲巾。昔日的幼稚已被鋼槍磨去，取而代之的是鋼鐵澆鑄的威嚴與剛毅。面對如火如荼的軍營生活，熾熱的心猶如不肯西歸的烈日，深深眷戀著白日的輝煌。歲月會沖淡生命中的許多章節(jié)，而這精彩的軍旅生涯此生難忘。七百多個日日夜夜，我們多少次把旭日迎給了共和國的黎明，又多少次把太陽的余輝送給了寧靜的夏夜；多少次在訓練場上摸爬滾打，在風雨中扛槍巡邏，在星光下站崗放哨，只為保這一方水土的平安，邊陲線上的每一寸黑土都印下了我們堅實的腳步。
在隊的日子不多了，我要在這有限的時間里，為我摸爬滾打了兩年的警營貢獻我最后的一絲力量，把警營建設的更加美麗、莊嚴，圓滿的完成我所熱愛的邊防工作，珍惜這最后的軍旅生涯，站好這最后一班崗。
揮揮手，我將離別警營，兩年的軍旅生涯，兩年的風吹雨打，已潛入我的生命。我驕傲，只為史冊中有了綠色的篇章；我驕傲，只為生命中有了當兵的歷史
