第1篇 網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明演講稿
尊敬的老師，同學(xué)們：
大家好!
我今天將要給大家演講《網(wǎng)絡(luò)——把鋒利的雙刃劍》。
眾所周知，隨著時(shí)代的時(shí)步，科技的更新，更多的新事物涌入我們的世界，其中也包括了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。自90年代后期互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)入我國(guó)以來(lái)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)就如同雨后春筍般，發(fā)展迅速，如今已遍布城鄉(xiāng)。作為一種新的傳媒手段，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和人們的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中起著不可忽視的作用，同時(shí)也為青春少年的學(xué)習(xí).交流以及娛樂提供了更為廣闊的天地。但是對(duì)于為成年人來(lái)說(shuō)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)則是一把鋒利的“雙刃劍”，一朵帶刺的玫瑰，很多青少年正是因?yàn)檫^度沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)，沉迷于網(wǎng)吧，缺乏自我保護(hù)意識(shí)和對(duì)危險(xiǎn)的預(yù)防能力，對(duì)其學(xué)業(yè).健康和思想都造成了巨大的危害。
由此可見，網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以造就人才，也可以把人才引向無(wú)底深淵，以下是我總結(jié)的三點(diǎn)上網(wǎng)的危害：
一.網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)青少年的人生觀.世界觀和價(jià)值觀形成的構(gòu)成潛在威脅。
二.網(wǎng)絡(luò)使許多青少年沉溺于虛擬的世界脫離現(xiàn)實(shí)，也使一些青少年荒廢學(xué)業(yè)。很多人把游戲稱作“電子海絡(luò)因”是不無(wú)道理的。
三.互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的不良信息和網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪對(duì)青少年的身心健康和安全構(gòu)成危害和威脅。
許多學(xué)生因此耽誤了自己的學(xué)習(xí).廢棄了美好的前程。據(jù)一項(xiàng)調(diào)查顯示，上網(wǎng)學(xué)生超過80%是在打游戲， 15%左右是在交友聊天，真正查詢資料用于學(xué)習(xí)的人數(shù)少之又少。
沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的學(xué)生，別說(shuō)是上課學(xué)習(xí)，就連吃飯睡覺也能省就省，一天到晚迷迷糊糊，欲罷不能，可換來(lái)的是什么呢?在此，我呼吁那些還于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，沉侵在虛幻甜蜜中的同學(xué)，當(dāng)你替身意意正酣的時(shí)候，你可曾想到焦急的父母在正在等待你回家的消息?當(dāng)你陶醉于刀光劍影的時(shí)候，你可曾想辛苦的老師為你耕耘的身影?當(dāng)你于新識(shí)的網(wǎng)友高談闊論的時(shí)候，你可曾想到同學(xué)間真摯的話語(yǔ)才是真正的友情?當(dāng)你沉溺在那些略帶灰色的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)中的時(shí)候，你可曾想到現(xiàn)實(shí)世界正在漸漸離你遠(yuǎn)去?同學(xué)們，快從虛幻的世界解脫出來(lái)吧，一樣最寶貴的東西——時(shí)間，正從你點(diǎn)擊鼠標(biāo)，輕巧鍵盤的手指尖悄悄溜走，無(wú)法挽回。同學(xué)們，一個(gè)人的青春能有幾年?莫待白了少年頭，空悲切。古往今來(lái)，哪位成功的偉人不是惜時(shí)如金?對(duì)于學(xué)生，時(shí)間一秒就是一道題，一分就是一頁(yè)書。
在我們的身邊其實(shí)有很多網(wǎng)上不文明的現(xiàn)象，在我們學(xué)校的貼吧上你可以看到許多不文明用語(yǔ)的現(xiàn)象。這些庸俗的字眼為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)在我們中學(xué)生的口中和鍵盤的敲擊下呢?也許和我們的生活環(huán)境有關(guān)，但更多的是我們中學(xué)生在網(wǎng)上瀏覽了不利于未成年人身心發(fā)展的文子以及圖片......
那么我們應(yīng)該怎樣杜絕和減少這樣的現(xiàn)象呢?首先我們要學(xué)會(huì)正確使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)這把“雙刃劍”，讓它發(fā)揮正確的作用，不要讓它傷了自己。
年少的我們憧憬著美好的未來(lái)，而未來(lái)就掌握在自己手中。千萬(wàn)不要讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)這張大網(wǎng)網(wǎng)住自己了手腳，束縛了心靈。記住句話“網(wǎng)絡(luò)是把雙刃劍，美麗卻擁有著毒性?！蔽覀円炎约?，做一個(gè)正確使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的聰明人。

good afternoon, ladies and gentleman! first i want to say is that i’m very proud of to be invited to to present my topic here, which is “ internet civilization”.
before i begin my topic, please allow me to ask you a question: every time you click the mouse to surf the web, do you know what does it mean?
on the net, you can make friends overseas and call them with ip phones; you can get information from all over the world; you can even give a hand to some people in troubles and get help when in need.
however, we have to admit that internet also leads to intimacy before acquaintance; it scatters secrets outwards, not inwards; and, most worrying of all, it is a vehicle for liars.
here we should see, there e_ists good and evil, right and wrong on the web. as netizens, we’d better grow to realize the importance of internet civilization.
just as the famous saying goes “l(fā)ong and steep is the path to virtue.” many people advocate that we should be sincere, honest and responsible in our society—the real world. now, what i want to add is that we also should obey the primary moral principles in this virtual world.
