求職信要避免性別稱呼不當(dāng);不要一開始就用錯(cuò)了提及性別的稱呼，比如“先生”。事實(shí)上，最好避免使用針對(duì)不同性別的稱呼，這樣不合適宜，甚至可能冒犯了那些不屬于這一稱呼的人。

一、寫信動(dòng)機(jī)
通常求職信是針對(duì)報(bào)紙上招聘廣告而寫的。若此，信中須提到何月何日的報(bào)紙，有時(shí)工作機(jī)會(huì)是從朋友或介紹所聽來的，有時(shí)寫信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)、公司有工作機(jī)會(huì)，毛遂自薦。不論哪一種，求職信上一定要說明寫信的緣由和目的。
因此首先應(yīng)該表明你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘的職位。參考例句：
1.inreplytoyouradvertisementintodaysnewspaper，irespectfullyoffermyservicesforthesituation.拜讀今日xx報(bào)上貴公司的廣告，本人特此備函應(yīng)征該職位。

如無實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可。參考例句：
