5.積極主動(dòng)

感謝信和跟進(jìn)郵件什么時(shí)候發(fā)?

1.面試當(dāng)天或者第2天早上

面試結(jié)束后,立馬做一個(gè)面試小結(jié):順利的環(huán)節(jié)或者不順利的環(huán)節(jié)、你的優(yōu)勢(shì)及面試官的相關(guān)點(diǎn)評(píng)等。這些內(nèi)容可以幫助你起草一份有實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)容的感謝信。根據(jù)上述5點(diǎn),寫(xiě)好感謝信,確保感謝信里沒(méi)有任何類(lèi)似拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤這類(lèi)的低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤,然后在當(dāng)天或者第2天早上發(fā)送出去。

如果招聘經(jīng)理提供了一份時(shí)間表,上面會(huì)明確標(biāo)明下一輪面試的時(shí)間。到達(dá)那個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn),你可以再發(fā)送一封跟進(jìn)郵件(不要讓人覺(jué)得你很煩)。如果你沒(méi)有這份時(shí)間表,如果你仍然沒(méi)有得到任何回應(yīng),在面試后的第10-14天內(nèi)發(fā)送第2封跟進(jìn)郵件。
