職位描述：
objectives of the position
oby leading the cross functional team within bsc and suppliers， this incumbent should build the process through which the optimum supply base is defined， developed， managed and measured to support the needs of business.
oact as focal contact for supplier quality management system and drive the improvement of supplier performance.
omaintain and improve quality system for cj site
main tasks
owork with internal stakeholders to set the target and review supply assurance， measure supplier delivery performance and service level to bsc periodically.
osupport identified suppliers to achieve better alignment between their company’s plans and activities and bsc’s priorities and objectives.
odocument and put into use supplier quality requirements; assess quality performance and manufacturing process of significant suppliers.
oset differentiated performance targets with all suppliers and documented evidence of results. outcome / progress is formally communicated to suppliers.
owork with other functions as virtual team to conduct the regular quality and crater audit in the area of the supplier of raw materials， operating supplies and equipment with focus on absence of silicone.
oregular performance assessments take place for key suppliers in order to drive continuous improvement in relation to the current and future needs of the business.
odeal with ncm issues， formalize the ncm handling process with internal stakeholders; coordinate the communication process between qc and supplier if there is argument occurred until case closing.
omanage all documentation related to supplier including but not limited to ehs audit report， site assessment report， quality audit report， ncm handling report， delivery performance report， etc.
oidentify， evaluate， improve quality system based on iatf16949. ensure the continuing suitability， adequacy and effectiveness of the qms
oidentify the gaps of quality management system for continuous improvement based on complaint， kpi， internal nc， etc.
minimum education and qualification required for the position
oeducation: university degree in chemicals. professional certification would be a plus.
oworking e_perience: ＞3 years working e_perience in supplier quality management; multinational company working e_perience is preferred
otechnical & professional knowledge:
hands on e_perience on supplier identification， qualification and assessment; e_perience in supplier improvement or mutual development
e_cellent communication and interpersonal skill
fluent language skill both in spoken and written english
ability of working with cross-functional team
knowledge of quality tools (apqp，ppap，msa，spc， fmea)
knowledge of iatf16949 audit ability is highly preferred

1、協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理建設(shè)生物醫(yī)藥質(zhì)量體系建設(shè)：關(guān)注國內(nèi)外藥品相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、政策等，編寫/修訂sop，體系文件更新，組織文件培訓(xùn)；

職位要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，醫(yī)藥/化工類專業(yè)；
2、精通醫(yī)藥gmp質(zhì)量體系或iso17025質(zhì)量體系；
3、有質(zhì)量管理工作2年及以上工作經(jīng)驗
4、有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，充分激發(fā)團(tuán)隊活力。

職位描述：
title: sr. supplier quality engineer

responsibilities: training and follow-up on apqp- documents (control plan， fmea， process flow…); supplier assessments to improve the deficiencies found during the audit or helped supplier prepare for an oem’s audit or a ts16949 audit; managing and follow-up on new product launch – apqp activities; leading and support of gap closure activities to help supplier close the open issues to meet quality system requirement of customer; managing and monitoring supplier quality performance of production to ensure through-out and delivered quantity & date appropriately.
requirements: commodity e_pertise in either stamping processes and/or machining of cast or forged parts; thorough knowledge of the apqp process and all documents; good problem solving skills with thorough understanding of 8d report， 5 why， spc etc.; quite understanding of iso 9000， qs9000， and ts16949 site audit requirements; willing to travel; integrity， enthusiasm and team-spirit.
skills: english speaking， reading and writing capabilities; good communication skill; ms office (word， e_cel， powerpoint)
education: bachelor‘s degree in engineering or manufacturing
e_perience: quality / engineering with 5 years e_perience at an automotive company， preferably a few years at an international jv or wofe.
