崗位職責(zé):
· to lead the team to fulfill the operational kpi such as quality， cost， delivery， safety ， efficiency， etc;
· manage the day to day operations including 5s， discipline， ehs， quality issue and problem solving， headcount/manning plan based on workload changes， over time/attendance control， in order to satisfied the customer demand;
· lead assigned the specific project across operation department and across departments;
· monitor and feedback the performance and potential issues in production department ;
· as the key player to lead the lean project by associate with finance and other functions to optimizing the working process， eliminate the wasters， control the cost and delivery the productivity results;
· to actively promote an environment of continuous improvement;
· to develop standard operating procedures and training kits to support stable operation and quality safety performance;
· to actively promote quality standards through deeply involvements with problem solving， process optimization and standardization， employees training and certification， continues improvement projects， quality procedure implementation and e_ecution;
· to manage the operation team to work align with the company discipline and policy， stick on working goal deployment and follow up the results of achievements， provide coach and support when necessary;
· to develop the team capability according to company business needs， and promote strong lines of communication and working relationships with all internal customers.
任職資格:
· more than ten years related working e_perience， with elevator industry preferred， or working e_perience in sheet mental， powder painting and assembly.;
· with mechanical assembly work e_perience and the post management ability;

1.在生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下編制具體生產(chǎn)計劃,目標(biāo)責(zé)任和考核指標(biāo)并組織落實實施;
2. 與市場部對接,接受訂單,在生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理批復(fù)訂單后,跟蹤和執(zhí)行訂單;
3.對接采購跟蹤材料采購計劃,異常變動時及時向生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理匯報;
4.每周統(tǒng)計生產(chǎn)成品庫存和半成品庫存;

6.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃合理組織生產(chǎn),并對生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)視和控制;
7.檢查生產(chǎn)過程,工藝文件執(zhí)行狀況,成品標(biāo)識和可追溯性的控制,并進(jìn)行好產(chǎn)品防護(hù);
8. 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要和工藝文件的要求對人員進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,但要保持相對固定;
9.進(jìn)行物料需求分析,了解采購情況,統(tǒng)計生產(chǎn)所需物料;
10.做好生產(chǎn)記錄,每日向生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理提供生產(chǎn)報告;
11.對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行巡視,及時解決一般生產(chǎn)技術(shù)問題,對解決不了的問題及時上報;
督察車間工作環(huán)境衛(wèi)生;
12每日做安全生產(chǎn)檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正;
13.成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦的工作任務(wù)。
任職要求:

2.5年以上工作經(jīng)驗,3年生產(chǎn)管理工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉儀器生產(chǎn)流程,有一定的人員管理經(jīng)驗;
