essential functions基本職能:

帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成新項(xiàng)目制造過程工藝開發(fā)。

帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)組裝車間生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和工裝的管理。

與其它各個部門協(xié)同工作，共同計(jì)劃，組織，控制有效資源以滿足用戶需求。

.組織有關(guān)活動以提高員工的參與意識，使得工作環(huán)境及個人素質(zhì)得到不斷改善和提高。

1. 編制精確的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和開發(fā)高效合理的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃;

2. 完成先期質(zhì)量策劃中的各項(xiàng)任務(wù);

3.確定所有的設(shè)備、工裝、料架、生產(chǎn)線的需求及訂購和跟蹤;

4.提供精確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時;

5.執(zhí)行所有的工程更改，并確保新的生產(chǎn)線投放到生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場;

6.維護(hù)所有必要的記錄和文件;

7.完成其他特殊的項(xiàng)目評估及任務(wù);

8.參加工程更改協(xié)調(diào)會議，并策劃/協(xié)調(diào)工程更改的執(zhí)行;9.識別和解決工廠內(nèi)的問題，尤其是關(guān)于工裝板、支路長度、平面布局、物流、操作方法和人機(jī)工程學(xué)等方面的問題;

10.支持精益生產(chǎn)理念，并組織和引導(dǎo)精益生產(chǎn);

11.進(jìn)行價值工程與價值分析活動;

knowledge知識:

1.理工類大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷。

2.具有豐富的汽車及汽車線束產(chǎn)品工藝知識。

skills技能:

1. 熟練掌握汽車整車線束ie制造工藝開發(fā)流程及方法。

3. 了解線束生產(chǎn)設(shè)備管理流程。

4. 具備較高的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與管理才能。

5. 具有熟練的交際能力與溝通技巧。
