第3篇 生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃員（productionplanner）崗位職責(zé)職位要求
職責(zé)描述：
1.make plan and schedule of orders for production to ma_imize use of manpower and equipment and ensure delivery schedules are met.
2.lean production plan and order management;creating/release order based on planning ，forecast，and coordination in the order planning and processing phase .in order to avoid deadline conflicts between the individual orders and to define priorities to ensure a capacity and /or customer order -related utilization of production.
3.performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production，tasking account of the order situation ，production capacities ，stock levels，delivery for an optimum production sequence.
4.production capacity calculation and control .
5.material flow coordination; coordinate material movements，in order to ensure an optimum production run;
6.paiticipation in cooperation activities for quality problem ，routing ，material productivity improvementovement .
職位要求：
bachelor degree ，at least 3 years production planning related e_perience in plant.
supply chain management knowledge.
familiar with the sap system，erp or mrp.
office tools (word ，e_cel，etc)skill，spi operational e_perience.
good english skill.

生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃員崗位職責(zé)：
1.編制日生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃（備料計(jì)劃、外協(xié)計(jì)劃）；
2.編制臨時(shí)計(jì)劃（樣品計(jì)劃、受托加工計(jì)劃、出貨計(jì)劃、返修加工計(jì)劃、變更計(jì)劃）；
3.統(tǒng)計(jì)日生產(chǎn)量與出貨量明細(xì)；
4.處理生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的異常事宜；
5.月、周、日生產(chǎn)達(dá)成率的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析；
6.提供日產(chǎn)量報(bào)表及庫(kù)存報(bào)表給客戶(hù)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；
7.發(fā)貨跟蹤；
8.記錄表單收集、整理、歸檔；
9.嚴(yán)格按照5s管理規(guī)定執(zhí)行；
任職資格：
1.大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，物流和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理類(lèi)
2.生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理1年以上，對(duì)產(chǎn)品工藝原理熟悉
3.熟練運(yùn)用各計(jì)劃的制定方法，熟練使用辦公軟件、erp系統(tǒng)操作；
4.具有將強(qiáng)的溝通能力；具備極強(qiáng)的敬業(yè)精神和責(zé)任心。
