崗位職責(zé):
1.項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)管理工作，保證項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)信息準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)地傳遞和反饋;
2.協(xié)助完成項(xiàng)目需求分析，合理制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，提升項(xiàng)目管理效果;
3.項(xiàng)目資源沖突時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)資源確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)按計(jì)劃達(dá)成;
4.跟蹤項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的快速準(zhǔn)確執(zhí)行，反饋異常情況，并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行的實(shí)際情況對項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃提出補(bǔ)充和修改建議;
5.整理分析項(xiàng)目相關(guān)報(bào)告， 進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決建議，有效提高報(bào)告質(zhì)量;
6.組織各類項(xiàng)目相關(guān)會議召開并記錄，持續(xù)提高項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行效率;
7.配合上級管理層對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行良好的控制，把控項(xiàng)目中的問題、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和變化;
8.制作跟項(xiàng)目有關(guān)的ppt并進(jìn)行展示;
9.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作事宜。
任職要求:
1、電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)、微電子、通信工程、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、擅長ppt使用，熟練運(yùn)用office辦公軟件、project等項(xiàng)目管理工具，
3、有良好的英、日語讀寫能力;
4、有良好的推動力和執(zhí)行力，有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
5、思維敏捷、細(xì)致，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具備良好的分析、溝通協(xié)調(diào)及表達(dá)能力，有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識和創(chuàng)新精神

key responsibilities
? acts as tst engineering process owner， manage processes synchronized with other disciplines and ensure compliance to standards and qms.
? advise， mentor and guide the engineering organization to support the adoption of e_isting/ new tools and associated practices
? ensure deployment of engineering processes， practices and tools and tailor them. implement engineering process changes working together with the engineering departments， and monitor the effectiveness of the changes
? deploy and track the engineering organization competitiveness key indicators
? provide support to the corresponding head of quality in order to contribute to the maturity of the overall organization
? support and train/ coach engineers on defined process， practices and tools
? work with engineering to ensure their effective ownership and conduct of engineering related quality control activities such as peer review， gate readiness and completion of checklists， deployment of new tools
? capitalize and share knowledge
? support the managers to assure that the concerns and e_pectations of customer relevant to engineering， are appropriately captured， understood and effectively handled by the engineering organization
? assure that the engineering improvement plan addresses the relevant quality issues， meets the e_pected quality standards and effectively delivers the e_pected outcomes

1、協(xié)助總監(jiān)指導(dǎo)制定、審核公司技術(shù)管理制度和技術(shù)規(guī)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
2、負(fù)責(zé)公司新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作的計(jì)劃、實(shí)施，確保技術(shù)的超前性、競爭性；
3、負(fù)責(zé)組織編制公司技術(shù)開發(fā)計(jì)劃和公司技術(shù)發(fā)展長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃；
4、協(xié)助總監(jiān)處理、協(xié)調(diào)和解決公司項(xiàng)目中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題；
5、保證項(xiàng)目的正常進(jìn)行，確保公司項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃按時(shí)完成；
任職資格
1、大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，電氣自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、3年以上鋰電池pack工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、熟悉pro-e、autocad等各種繪圖軟件；
4、具備pack技術(shù)研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
