7.對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體有高度把控力，負(fù)責(zé)審核業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)政策、項(xiàng)目管理方案的制定與管控，識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，解決問(wèn)題

8.關(guān)注市場(chǎng)變化，收集和分析相關(guān)信息、政策法規(guī)和行業(yè)的最新動(dòng)態(tài)，形成分析報(bào)告，決策業(yè)務(wù)方向。

9.制定和完善項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)控制度、流程和體系，保障體系的順利運(yùn)行，提高項(xiàng)目的規(guī)范化管理水平

10.定期向董事會(huì)匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，并在過(guò)程中及時(shí)反饋?lái)?xiàng)目推進(jìn)遇到的各項(xiàng)問(wèn)題并提出解決方案。

任職要求：

1.工商管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、金融學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，五年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

2.對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)行業(yè)政策及環(huán)境有較強(qiáng)的理解和見(jiàn)解能力，具備較強(qiáng)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃能力和設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的商業(yè)模式的能力，且有落地實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3.對(duì)市場(chǎng)信息敏銳，思維具有前瞻性，能準(zhǔn)確分析市場(chǎng)并對(duì)行業(yè)環(huán)境變化有較強(qiáng)的應(yīng)變能力，對(duì)國(guó)家政策及方向具有敏銳的判斷和定位能力，具有較強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、運(yùn)營(yíng)分析能力。

4.對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)、技術(shù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理有一定的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與理解 。精通項(xiàng)目管理方法，能夠快速融入團(tuán)隊(duì)了解業(yè)務(wù)需求，善于梳理和總結(jié)需求，能夠協(xié)調(diào)各方資源推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)度；

5.具備很強(qiáng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)，項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)前或執(zhí)行中能夠識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并解決風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，同時(shí)要求具備很強(qiáng)的分析及解決問(wèn)題能力；

6.具有較強(qiáng)的資源整合能力、全局掌控能力、項(xiàng)目管理能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，商務(wù)洽談能力等
