工廠運(yùn)營經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備潤滑管理saas系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊管理,包括:培訓(xùn)、考核、激勵、協(xié)作、制度等方面
2.負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營計劃并落地執(zhí)行,包括:系統(tǒng)維護(hù)、客戶試點、客戶實施效果追蹤。
3.負(fù)責(zé)推動落實系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用模板、運(yùn)行指標(biāo)等各項數(shù)據(jù)完善,完善系統(tǒng)易用性。
4.負(fù)責(zé)開展具體行業(yè)內(nèi)全網(wǎng)營銷及成本控制,擴(kuò)大系統(tǒng)在行業(yè)內(nèi)知名度,用戶數(shù)。
5.分析并把握各種類型的客戶需求,規(guī)劃調(diào)整產(chǎn)品功能、運(yùn)營模式及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。
6.配合業(yè)務(wù)同事,組織開展行業(yè)內(nèi)會議營銷,展示解決方案及案例,完成目標(biāo)客戶的商務(wù)洽談。
7.負(fù)責(zé)解決方案、成功案例、應(yīng)用分析、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播經(jīng)驗干貨等系列性營銷文案。
8.負(fù)責(zé)制作培訓(xùn)課件及考評指標(biāo),將系統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢、解決方案等向銷售系統(tǒng)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行專業(yè)培訓(xùn)。
任職要求:
1、35歲以下,本科以上學(xué)歷,營銷、化工、機(jī)械、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2、有3年以上工廠設(shè)備管理經(jīng)驗,或工業(yè)品互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營銷推廣經(jīng)驗、或工業(yè)saas類軟件運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗。
3、熟悉工廠設(shè)備管理:潤滑、點檢、保護(hù)、維修、備件等,對設(shè)備潤滑管理有深刻認(rèn)知。
4、懂策劃善執(zhí)行具備深厚的產(chǎn)品文案功底,擅長品牌建設(shè)及營銷活動策劃,擅長溝通表達(dá)。
5、認(rèn)準(zhǔn)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展方向,對b2b平臺,工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式、營銷策略、運(yùn)營方法有深刻認(rèn)知。
6、具備以下經(jīng)驗之一者優(yōu)先考慮:
a:有工業(yè)品b2b電商平臺從業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
b:有工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)saas平臺從業(yè)經(jīng)驗,并擔(dān)任營銷崗中層以上職務(wù)。
c:有工廠設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)售前售后、系統(tǒng)實施、運(yùn)行維護(hù)管理經(jīng)驗。
d:有工業(yè)品互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營銷推廣經(jīng)驗:1688、國際站、行業(yè)站、自媒體新媒體內(nèi)容營銷。
e:有工廠機(jī)器設(shè)備:營銷策劃、售前支持、銷售跟進(jìn)、售后支持從業(yè)經(jīng)歷。

工廠運(yùn)營總監(jiān) 主要職責(zé):
1. manage the operations to meet financial objectives including revenue, operating profit and ocf;
2. support and e_ecute the operations budgeting, costing, pricing, auditing, and asset management processes;
3. direct the operations to support corporate strategic business decisions and sales/marketing activities;
4. manage the factory to comply with all governmental, company, regulatory and legal requirements on work ethics, work environment and business activities;
5. oversee daily planning, purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing and shipping activities to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives. lead the team to resolve any quality, delivery or cost issues;
6. maintain an effective quality assurance system under iso9001 requirements;
7. ensure factory facilities are working effectively to support operations;
8. enable continuous improvements in all aspects of the operations;
9. create and e_ecute programs on talent development. maintain a skilled and stable work force.
10. comply with corporate and governmental requirements on esh;
11. work with other business units to manage process improvement, performance management, etc.

5. understanding of si_ sigma and lean tools and methodology;
6. culture sensitivity and good communication skills in both chinese and english;
