1. 擔(dān)任rpa產(chǎn)品咨詢(xún)或?qū)ｍ?xiàng)管理咨詢(xún)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理： a）制定項(xiàng)目的總體和階段實(shí)施計(jì)劃； b）負(fù)責(zé)組織管理認(rèn)證類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的交付實(shí)施（包括但不僅限于：現(xiàn)狀評(píng)估、藍(lán)圖規(guī)劃、體系設(shè)計(jì)、工具實(shí)施、試運(yùn)行指導(dǎo)、內(nèi)部審核、外審支持等），并指導(dǎo)開(kāi)發(fā)顧問(wèn)完成項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)的具體交付工作； c）負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控所交付項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、成本費(fèi)用和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量，合理調(diào)配資源，降低項(xiàng)目交付的成本與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)； d）協(xié)調(diào)銷(xiāo)售部、開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)施團(tuán)隊(duì)、渠道等跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的關(guān)系，以確保項(xiàng)目順利執(zhí)行； e）負(fù)責(zé)與客戶(hù)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人及其他利益相關(guān)人保持緊密溝通，了解客戶(hù)的需求，管理客戶(hù)關(guān)系，確保項(xiàng)目順利開(kāi)展，引導(dǎo)和挖掘客戶(hù)需求。
2. 擔(dān)任其它項(xiàng)目的咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)：完成其他項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理分派的交付工作。
3. 擔(dān)任售前顧問(wèn)： a）編寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案、交流用ppt、標(biāo)書(shū)等售前文檔； b）以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交流、遠(yuǎn)程溝通等方式提供售前支持； c）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)講標(biāo)。
4. 配合完成公司內(nèi)部的研發(fā)類(lèi)工作： a）積極參與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文檔建設(shè)、知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)、課件開(kāi)發(fā)等工作； b）積極參與學(xué)習(xí)日、文檔撰寫(xiě)、公司會(huì)議等活動(dòng)。 c）定期進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)及、同時(shí)搜集及學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)行業(yè)知識(shí)并進(jìn)行沉淀。
5. 完成其它領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作。
崗位崗位要求
1. 具有至少3年以上的it服務(wù)管理類(lèi)咨詢(xún)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 具有豐富的it服務(wù)管理知識(shí)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有一個(gè)或多個(gè)erp類(lèi)軟件應(yīng)用實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉各公司rpa產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)先；
3. 至少3年項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及豐富的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4. 具有財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位或者同等學(xué)力水平；
5. 具有很好的溝通和表達(dá)能力、及文檔撰寫(xiě)能力；
6. 具有很好的人際關(guān)系交際能力；
7. 具有良好的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作、閱讀和聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力；
8. 能夠針對(duì)客戶(hù)的it服務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀提出有建設(shè)意義的改進(jìn)建議和實(shí)施思路；
9. 具有金融、制造行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先；對(duì)數(shù)字化技術(shù)，包括云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等領(lǐng)域認(rèn)知者優(yōu)先。
