職位描述：
崗位職責(zé)：
1.參與微鯉科技廣告平臺(tái)（包含：dsp、ad_、ssp）的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化、實(shí)現(xiàn)；
2.調(diào)研廣告技術(shù)體系，優(yōu)化廣告的架構(gòu)，保證廣告平臺(tái)的高可用、高并發(fā)、低延遲；
3.探索十億級(jí)流量規(guī)模的廣告平臺(tái)。
崗位要求：
1.統(tǒng)招本科學(xué)歷，3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2.擅長(zhǎng)java語(yǔ)?言，熟悉jvm。熟悉c++/go/scala尤佳；
3.扎實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和算法基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)技術(shù)有追求，能夠深?入原理理；
4.熟悉spring、spring-mvc、mysql、redis、disruptor、mq(kafak或者rabbitmq)等技術(shù)；
5.熟悉hbase、aerospike的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)優(yōu)先；
6.熟悉搜索技術(shù)，熟悉lucene、solr、elasticsearch等框架；
7.有億級(jí)流量架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)或者項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先；
8.熟悉緩存技術(shù)，對(duì)于緩存淘汰算法熟悉，有多級(jí)緩存設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先；
9.獨(dú)立思考，有良好的性能量化分析能力，有廣告的相關(guān)工作（ad_、ssp、dsp）經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
10.熟悉hive、flink、storm、spark、impala等技術(shù)優(yōu)先。

- responsible for plan implementation/ communication， etc.
- support in annual contract renewal and project data analysis
- benefits vendor and employee inquiry management

- responsible for social benefits guidance and projects (handicap， transfer)
- support in annual contract renewal and vendor management (sla)

e_perienced: you bring at least five years supporting both microsoft windows and macos users with a recent focus on win10 and os _ 10.10 and higher; your technical e_perience is broad， including familiarity in networking， systems， pn/voip services and more.
