so first, it’s my honor to present today's chief judge: miss wu.首先呢，由我非常榮幸的`向大家介紹本次辯論賽的主裁判官 吳小姐 now , there are two sides ,the affirmative side and the negative side，the affirmative side’s opinion is we should make friend on line, the negative side’s opinion is we shouldn’t make friend on line. it’s the time for debaters’ self introduction.. affirmative first. it’s you turn negative side…
first, please allow me to introduce the rules of debate.
the competition is divided into five rounds， before each round beings will briefly introduce the competition rules. so our debaters
need to listen carefully. 本次比賽分五個(gè)板塊，在每個(gè)部分開始之前，我都會簡單的介紹比賽規(guī)則，所以辯論選手們可要認(rèn)真聽喲! the first part is presentation time, first it’s the introduction of the first affirmative debater, within 5 mins……same to the negative the 2 part is free debating, first, affirmative presentation and questioning, then is the negative both of sides fifty mins
the 3 part is question time for the audience, there are six quotas, the debater answer each question shouldn’t over 2mins
the 4 part is conclusion time, first, affirmative conclude, and then is negative
the last part is the comment and judge time for the judges
whose argument is more persuasive, we’ll soon find out. i now declare open the debate. now it’s your show time ，we’ll begin with the first round， we’ll start with the affirmative，let’s begin the first part， lets welcome affirmative…thank you for proposing your opening arguments. let’s listen to how the negative make their argument.

攻辯規(guī)則：
①質(zhì)詢者控制質(zhì)詢時(shí)間，可以提出與題目有關(guān)的合理而清晰的問題，并可以隨時(shí)停止答辯者之回答。
②攻辯時(shí)間內(nèi)，質(zhì)詢者應(yīng)詢問問題，不得自行申論或就質(zhì)詢所獲之結(jié)果進(jìn)行引申，否則視為違規(guī)。質(zhì)詢者自行申論或引申發(fā)言時(shí)，答辯者有權(quán)要求其停止。
③答辯者應(yīng)回答質(zhì)詢者所提之任何問題，但問題明顯不合理時(shí)，答辯者得說明理由，拒絕回答。
④答辯者可以要求質(zhì)詢者重述其質(zhì)詢，但不得惡意為之，否則視為違規(guī)。
⑤答辯者不得對質(zhì)詢者提出詢問，否則視為違規(guī)。
⑥答辯者提出反質(zhì)詢時(shí)，質(zhì)詢者得要求其停止，并拒絕回答
(三) 自由辯論階段〔反方先開始〕(辯論時(shí)間8分鐘，每隊(duì)各累計(jì)時(shí)間4分鐘)
1、 反方累計(jì)用時(shí)4分鐘
2、 正方累計(jì)用時(shí)4分鐘
自由辯論規(guī)則：
①自由辯論時(shí)間總共為8分鐘，每隊(duì)各4分鐘。
②自由辯論必須交替進(jìn)行。當(dāng)自由辯論開始時(shí)，先由反方任何一名隊(duì)員起立發(fā)言。完畢后，正方的任何一位隊(duì)員應(yīng)立即發(fā)言，雙方依次輪流發(fā)言，直到雙方時(shí)間用完為止。
③在自由辯論時(shí)間里，每一位辯手的.發(fā)言次序、次數(shù)和時(shí)間均不受限制。
④當(dāng)一隊(duì)的發(fā)言時(shí)間剩30秒鐘時(shí)，將有一聲哨聲提示，當(dāng)該隊(duì)的發(fā)言時(shí)間用完時(shí)，會有兩聲哨聲提示，該隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)立即停止發(fā)言。
⑤如果一隊(duì)的發(fā)言時(shí)間已經(jīng)用盡，不能發(fā)言，另一隊(duì)還有剩余時(shí)間，則該隊(duì)的辯手可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言，直到該隊(duì)的時(shí)間用完為止。
⑥自由辯論是檢驗(yàn)一個(gè)隊(duì)整體配合能力以及每一位辯手實(shí)力的重要階段。辯手應(yīng)充分利用這段時(shí)間，簡潔明了地加強(qiáng)自己的論點(diǎn)，機(jī)智有力地反駁對方的論點(diǎn)，如果只是空洞無物的攻擊或有意回避對方的質(zhì)詢及發(fā)言觀點(diǎn)，或者出現(xiàn)語誤、空場等情形，都將影響該隊(duì)的成績。
(四) 總結(jié)陳述階段

正方四辯做總結(jié)陳詞3分鐘
(五) 觀眾提問
1、每隊(duì)可以被3個(gè)觀眾提問，每個(gè)觀眾只能提問1個(gè)問題
2、觀眾提出的問題必須與題目有關(guān)，合情合理的問題
3、當(dāng)問題不合理時(shí)答辯方可拒絕回答，此觀眾取消提問資格，但是此次提問機(jī)會仍然繼續(xù)，此機(jī)會留給其他觀眾

1.定義 ここで言うディベートとは、あるテーマに関して、、限られた時(shí)間內(nèi)に、決められたルールに従って、肯定?否定の2組のグループに分かれて議論をし、その過程がいかに論理的であり、建設(shè)的であるか、互いの正當(dāng)性や説得力を競爭する一種の知的ゲームの ことである。
