1、負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,提供符合公司要求的供應(yīng)商信息,建立公司虛擬倉(cāng)庫(kù);

4、參與合同評(píng)審,配合有關(guān)部門做好報(bào)價(jià)、采購(gòu)成本、交貨期等方面的方案;
5、對(duì)采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行匯總、分析,按要求向提交采購(gòu)報(bào)告。同時(shí)建立供應(yīng)商檔案,以及所需各類物品的信息統(tǒng)計(jì)和檔案;
6、負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商的管理,與供應(yīng)商保持健康、良好的商業(yè)合作關(guān)系,協(xié)助公司處理與供應(yīng)商可能發(fā)生的各種糾紛;
7、辦理部分需要現(xiàn)金采購(gòu)物資的個(gè)人借款和采購(gòu)貨款的結(jié)算工作;
8、自覺接受審計(jì)監(jiān)督,努力采購(gòu)工作的公正、廉潔和高效。
崗位要求:
1、有良好的談判能力和善于溝通交際,思維敏捷,口齒伶俐;
2、精通采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)流程,具備良好的溝通能力、談判能力和成本意識(shí);
3、為人誠(chéng)信、親和力,有良好的職業(yè)道德和素養(yǎng),能承受一定工作壓力;
4、有統(tǒng)計(jì)、出納和會(huì)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者,或熟悉西餐采購(gòu)管理工作者優(yōu)先。
第2篇 酒店餐飲主管崗位工作職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)餐廳的日常管理工作,并與廚房保持密切聯(lián)系,確保餐廳的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,直接對(duì)餐廳經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)。
2、出席每周的業(yè)務(wù)會(huì),匯報(bào)本餐廳工作,向員工傳達(dá)會(huì)議精神。
3、檢查工作。
(1)檢查工作每日檢查設(shè)備、家具、餐具的擺設(shè)及其完好情況。
(2)檢查服務(wù)用品及清潔衛(wèi)生,檢查庫(kù)存物資;
(3)檢查員工儀容儀表。
4、主持每日餐前會(huì),安排當(dāng)天的服務(wù)工作。
5、從廚房了解當(dāng)天出菜的情況,布置重點(diǎn)推銷菜式。
6、簽領(lǐng)食物、材料。
7、妥善處理客人投訴和質(zhì)詢。
8、做好員工考勤工作、評(píng)估工作
9、做好餐廳的財(cái)產(chǎn)管理工作。
