-assist superior to drive the team to meet sales target
-assist superior to increase market awareness of assigned products among the travel industry, corporate & associations and direct market in the sales region.
-assist superior to develop new business model, opportunities and identify market potentials to capture fit and mice group business from travel agents, corporate & associations, e-channels and direct market of the sales region.
-assist superior to smooth the communication and cooperation internally with other offices and various departments.
-assist superior to maintain good relationship with related tourism board and major customers (travel agents and corporate). to pay personal visit and/or entertain with those top e_ecutives when required.
-assist superior to e_plore and work with joint-promotion partners (such as travel agents, tourism offices, airlines… etc.) for image-building and/or cruise booking capturing joint-promotion projects. to maintain good relationship with them is necessary.
-to attending and/or participating with pr functions in the sales region on the behalf of the company.
-to supervise (including, training, marketing project) the activities and service quality of the sales team.
-to introduce related products to travel agents, corporate & associations in the sales region through sales visits, product presentations and seminars and so on.
-to monitor cruise package, selling price, ad and collateral in the market
-to collect market intelligence and customer feedback to superior.
-to sail with incentive groups and/or familiarization groups when required.
-to have business trips within china or go overseas when required.
-to prepare weekly sales plan and weekly sales activity report to superior.
-other administrative task when required.
任職要求:
-college graduate or above
-min. 5 years of sales e_perience
-knowledge of cruise products is preferable.
-travel agency/ ota working e_perience is preferable.
-sales e_perience in promoting premium brand product is preferable.
-sales e_perience in mice market is preferable
-sales e_perience in e-commercial industry is preferable
-aggressive, self-motivated, independent, service-oriented, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
-good interpersonal and communication skill
-good command of written english and mandarin.
-pc knowledge in windows and ms office

崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)推廣互聯(lián)網(wǎng)國(guó)際物流公司優(yōu)勢(shì)航線業(yè)務(wù)及產(chǎn)品(海、空運(yùn)國(guó)際物流為主);
2. 利用網(wǎng)銷、電銷、上門拜訪等形式開發(fā)新客戶、維護(hù)老客戶,對(duì)客戶報(bào)價(jià),促成訂單;
3. 整理客戶資料,完整錄入系統(tǒng),建立豐富完善的客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);
二、任職資格:
1.大學(xué)??埔陨蠈W(xué)歷,1年以上貨代(海/空運(yùn)都可)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 性格外向、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力及交際技巧,具有親和力;
3. 有國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉海運(yùn)進(jìn)出口銷售等方面的業(yè)務(wù)操作方式、流程(有客戶資源優(yōu)先考慮);
