第1篇 種子銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

1、負(fù)責(zé)轄區(qū)內(nèi)的政府項(xiàng)目與關(guān)系維護(hù),銷(xiāo)售渠道建設(shè)、渠道管理、渠道考核、渠道激勵(lì)和各種商務(wù)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展;

2、掌握本區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)特點(diǎn),不斷擴(kuò)大業(yè)務(wù)量和市場(chǎng)占有率;負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)秩序、市場(chǎng)維護(hù)、信息的收集、整理、分析與反饋工作,負(fù)責(zé)售后服務(wù)關(guān)鍵事件的管理;

3、協(xié)助經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商組織策劃商務(wù)活動(dòng),并有監(jiān)督、指導(dǎo)、參與,對(duì)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,做好產(chǎn)品的示范計(jì)劃制定和落實(shí)示范推廣工作;

4、參與本區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售政策和方案的制定,制定本區(qū)域具體的銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃,并認(rèn)真加以實(shí)施,確保銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃和銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。

任職要求:

1、熟悉種子行業(yè)政策與法規(guī)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)知識(shí);

2、具有良好的客戶溝通、人際交往及維系客戶關(guān)系的能力,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,能共同推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)達(dá)成;

3、有政府采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,有糧改司,農(nóng)牧廳資源者優(yōu)先。

崗位職責(zé):

該崗位人員主要負(fù)責(zé)所在區(qū)域的種子示范點(diǎn)建設(shè)、推廣宣傳、跟蹤服務(wù)、促銷(xiāo)訂購(gòu)等。90%工作于戶外完成,較考驗(yàn)崗位人員的執(zhí)行能力、溝通表達(dá)能力、應(yīng)變能力和抗壓能力,對(duì)從業(yè)人員思維籌劃能力、專(zhuān)業(yè)技能方面要求較低。另,具體工作要開(kāi)車(chē)下鄉(xiāng)完成,要求工作者要熟練駕駛技術(shù)。促銷(xiāo)訂購(gòu)環(huán)節(jié)涉及現(xiàn)金收取,要求工作者誠(chéng)實(shí)守信,品行端正。

任職資格:

1、反應(yīng)敏捷、表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力及交際技巧,具有親和力;

2、具備一定的市場(chǎng)分析及判斷能力,良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí);

3、有責(zé)任心,能承受較大的工作壓力;

種子銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理-農(nóng)化種子 compiles annual sales plan & cost budgets and agrees with the regional sales manager/vp/director. communicates the plan to relevant teams and ensures it is on target through regular reviews.

to apply broad technical and commercial knowledge within the discipline to give direction to the sales network, to deliver the annual sales plan.

regular communication with and influencing of relevant sales network and e_ternal contacts within the designated market area/country, to manage the business in the assigned market area.

responsible for ma_imising sales and gross margin of the business in line with objectives and strategic plan.

integral part of the process which determines the strategy for the market areas for the ne_t 1-5 years.

manages the sales team through carrying out appraisals, and identifying training needs. in some locations this may include managing customer service employees.

manages territory priorities and makes decisions on the appropriate routes to the market. supports identification of new trends and markets. provides commercial guidance on product support and new product developments. e_pected to improve the efficiency of sales systems and procedures within own discipline.

issues may relate to opportunities/problems related to the discipline of work and may have vague or limited information. this may involve internal and e_ternal commercial, customer, production, and agent/distributor problems.

conduct product launches, attend trade shows.

manage new business development from concept to commercialization.

provide forecast to production for the right timing of raw material orders and production planning.
