崗位職責:
1、產(chǎn)品管理:根據(jù)顧客的偏好調(diào)整商品的系列和種類、商品陳列順序和區(qū)域管理、商品折疊管理、商品返倉管理、商品防盜管理、商品庫房陳列管理、商品轉(zhuǎn)移管理以及協(xié)助銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理等其他的店鋪相關(guān)工作;
2、區(qū)域管理:負責相應(yīng)區(qū)域的商品陳列,補貨調(diào)整,確保店面環(huán)境舒適、整潔;
3、員工管理:分管區(qū)域員工儀容儀表,協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好員工工作安排,培訓(xùn)并激勵分管區(qū)域的員工,協(xié)助經(jīng)理進行團隊工作時間及休假安排;
4、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1、20 歲以上,大專及以上相關(guān)學(xué)歷;
2、具備1年以上零售行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、熟悉服裝產(chǎn)品;熟悉服裝賣場陳列或者擅長商品數(shù)據(jù)分析;
4、具有高度的敬業(yè)精神,頭腦靈活,具有團隊精神;
5、吃苦耐勞,能承受較大的工作壓力;
6、具備良好的溝通,協(xié)調(diào)及團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;
7、擅于處理各種客戶需求;
8、普通話標準,并具備一定的英文溝通能力。
工作時間:每周工作五天,排班輪休制,每天工作八小時,分早中晚三個班次

職位描述:
key responsibilities:
? ensure that the brand center activation program comes to life each season in line with the product and brand stories – includes in-store communication, events, etc.
? create content relevant and in line to the adidas brand, local key city strategy and the brand center.
? drive the elements of community connectivity within the key city store by networking with local running, training and streetwear communities and establishing relationships with key consumers and influencers.
? organize and host events both in- and out-of store.
? be a knowledge e_pert on both the sports and streetwear scene and the adidas brand (past, present and future), and develop methods to share this knowledge with the other brand center staff.
? serve as a cultural/sports beacon within the brand center; this roll will not have a direct focus on selling product.
? engage and inspire the brand center staff, consumers and community on the adidas brand.

崗位職責
1、根據(jù)董事會提出的要求制定戰(zhàn)略目標,提出公司的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃、經(jīng)營方針和經(jīng)營形式,經(jīng)董事會確定后組織實施;
2、負責商業(yè)公司下達的經(jīng)營目標和發(fā)展目標的實現(xiàn);
3、負責下屬各級管理人員的工作布署,指導(dǎo),檢查監(jiān)督,評價和考核
4、參與制定并實施公司下達的購物廣場年度經(jīng)營目標和發(fā)展規(guī)劃,明確發(fā)展方向,下達各級崗位的招商指標,營運指標,銷售指標和利潤目標等kpi指標;
5、 定期主持召開購物廣場例會,及時解決,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部的問題(經(jīng)營要點)。
6、 監(jiān)督各個部門預(yù)算的執(zhí)行和成本費用控制;
7、審批,梳理和優(yōu)化購物廣場各種規(guī)章制度和審批流程,建立規(guī)范化制度流程體系和成功經(jīng)營模式;
8、加強購物廣場管理,監(jiān)管購物廣場經(jīng)營狀況及各項指標完成情況;
9、處理購物廣場的各種突發(fā)性事務(wù),協(xié)助商業(yè)公司對購物廣場進行管理性工作。
10、維護公司與政府各相關(guān)職能部門,媒體,網(wǎng)絡(luò),行業(yè)協(xié)會等的良好關(guān)系;
11、對計劃執(zhí)行情況進行總結(jié)分析,提高工作效率。
12、行使商業(yè)公司董事長授權(quán)的各項職權(quán);
13、完成董事會與公司下達的其它工作事項。
職位要求:
1.教育背景:企業(yè)管理、工商管理、行政管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本以上學(xué)歷。
2.經(jīng) 驗:10年以上企業(yè)(商業(yè)地產(chǎn))管理工作經(jīng)驗,至少3年店副總以上全面管理工作經(jīng)驗。
3.知識及技能:熟悉企業(yè)管理、市場營銷等相關(guān)知識,具有很強的協(xié)調(diào)、應(yīng)變、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、談判能力。
4.其它要求:能承擔工作壓力,有激情和創(chuàng)新意識,具有較強的團隊管理能力;具有較高的商業(yè)敏感度,能根據(jù)購物中心的經(jīng)營狀況適時調(diào)整經(jīng)營方向和進行經(jīng)營優(yōu)化;具有較強的安全管理意識,確保購物中心的正常運營;接受總部各職能部門的監(jiān)督指導(dǎo),并對各職能口業(yè)務(wù)提出專業(yè)的建議。
