實(shí)現(xiàn)過程質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的主導(dǎo)方，依據(jù)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程檢查項(xiàng)目過程和交付件是否符合規(guī)范，

確保產(chǎn)品開發(fā)按照公司既定的流程進(jìn)行，統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各功能領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。

1、組織并推進(jìn)kpds開發(fā)流程中的模版建設(shè)，配合項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理對(duì)項(xiàng)目的流程進(jìn)行適當(dāng)裁剪；

2、組織并監(jiān)督評(píng)審，確保評(píng)審按規(guī)定的操作流程進(jìn)行；

3、監(jiān)控流程執(zhí)行過程中的質(zhì)量活動(dòng)(如變更等)，對(duì)過程活動(dòng)和交付件進(jìn)行審核并推動(dòng)；

4、匯總并分析項(xiàng)目問題，跟進(jìn)改善措施及效果驗(yàn)證；

5、統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)期間各功能領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)，定期提交研發(fā)質(zhì)量報(bào)告(相關(guān)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)：流程符合性，交付件，問題等等)；

6、作為與質(zhì)量部的對(duì)接窗口人，配合質(zhì)量部應(yīng)對(duì)客戶的審核，并對(duì)其相關(guān)問題解決跟進(jìn)；

7、對(duì)項(xiàng)目組進(jìn)行流程，質(zhì)量方面的培訓(xùn)；

8、負(fù)責(zé)識(shí)別產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量需求，制定產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和保證計(jì)劃（根據(jù)質(zhì)量部的總目標(biāo)細(xì)化至研發(fā)各部門）。

職位要求：

1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、電子、工程管理類專業(yè)，有同崗位2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2、良好的表達(dá)能力，溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力；；

3、較強(qiáng)的邏輯能力和處理異常的能力；

4、掌握e_cel等辦公軟件；

5、電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)，有汽車電子、新能源質(zhì)量管理，項(xiàng)目管理等優(yōu)先考慮。
