工程項(xiàng)目電氣監(jiān)理工程師的崗位職責(zé)
(1)對(duì)總監(jiān)理工程師負(fù)責(zé),按合同文件要求負(fù)責(zé)電氣、設(shè)備、安裝等工程的監(jiān)理工作 ;
(2)參與編寫項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理規(guī)劃,負(fù)責(zé)編制本專業(yè)的監(jiān)理實(shí)施細(xì)則;
(3)熟悉合同條款及規(guī)范、設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,在施工過程中對(duì)質(zhì)量進(jìn)度進(jìn)行全面控制 , 對(duì)施工中出現(xiàn)的問題,按合同文件要求,提出處理意見;
(4)審查承包人提出的工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和施工組織計(jì)劃,提出審查意見供總監(jiān)理工程師審批時(shí)參考,并對(duì)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行檢查和監(jiān)督;
(5)負(fù)責(zé)本專業(yè)分項(xiàng)工程驗(yàn)收及隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收,檢查電氣、設(shè)備工程的放樣及承包人對(duì)測(cè)量標(biāo)志的保護(hù)措施;
(6)審查施工圖紙,必要時(shí)對(duì)需要糾正的地方提出處理意見并報(bào)總監(jiān)理工程師審查;
(7)審查承包人提出的施工圖、竣工圖及變更設(shè)計(jì)圖,并報(bào)告總監(jiān)理工程師,必要時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)報(bào)業(yè)主,以便作出變更設(shè)計(jì)的安排;
(8)審查承包人的分項(xiàng)工程施工方案,提出是否同意開工的意見,報(bào)總監(jiān)理工程師審批,要經(jīng)常深入工地,詳細(xì)檢查施工的各部位環(huán)節(jié),批準(zhǔn)或不批準(zhǔn)承包人的檢驗(yàn)申請(qǐng),對(duì)承包人施工中存在的問題應(yīng)建議總監(jiān)理工程師簽發(fā)工作指令或監(jiān)理通知單;
(9)審定工程計(jì)量、配合合同計(jì)量工程師審查承包人支付月報(bào) ,經(jīng)總監(jiān)理工程師審核后上報(bào)業(yè)主;
(10)填寫監(jiān)理日記并審 l 涌現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理人員的監(jiān)理日記;
(11)同合同計(jì)量工程師一起提出有關(guān)索賠、延期及變更問題的處理意見,并報(bào)總監(jiān)理工程師;
(12)與道路工程師溝通,協(xié)調(diào)電氣、設(shè)備安裝與道路工程的施工,檢查預(yù)埋件的布置和埋設(shè);
(13)辦理總監(jiān)理工程師交辦的其它工作。

1、負(fù)責(zé)電氣專業(yè)范圍內(nèi)的方案工作,確保方案及進(jìn)度達(dá)到整體進(jìn)度要求,方案及設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量符合國(guó)家規(guī)范、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及企業(yè)內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn);

4、具備較熟練現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力及技巧。

be familiar with industrial or power communication protocol; be able to make communication program and analysis the communication fault.

e_perienced of using hmi or scada.

capability of algorithm design. familiar with industrial algorithm， i.e. sample filter， data compression etc.

project e_ecution work e_perience for drives(vsd)， power conversion system， energy storage system， micro-grid and distributed generation etc. is a plus
