4.挖掘和跟蹤發(fā)動機試驗及支持性能匹配過程中出現(xiàn)的各種問題，通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，找出和驗證有效解決方案；
4. mining and tracking various problems in engine test and supporting performance matching， finding and verifying effective solutions through data analysis;
5.跟進與發(fā)動機性能相關(guān)的質(zhì)量問題。
5. follow up quality issues related to engine performance.
職位要求：
1.本科或以上，車輛工程、輪機工程、熱能動力、動力機械等類專業(yè)
1. bachelor degree or above， majored in vehicle engineering， marine engineering， thermal power， power machinery， etc
2.具有柴油機硬件設(shè)計，柴油機試驗開發(fā)工作或發(fā)動機標(biāo)定及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
2. e_perience in hardware design of diesel engine， diesel engine test and development or engine calibration
3.具備良好的讀寫能力，具備熟練的英語溝通交流能力者優(yōu)先

4.能熟練使用office及數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)動機標(biāo)定等軟件

柴油機電控單元驗證測試工程師 法國賽科技術(shù)工程集團中國總公司 賽科工業(yè)科技開發(fā)(武漢)有限公司，賽科 responsibilities:
? define and write a component validation plan in order to validate a component or a system composed with electronics control unit and / or electronic sensors.
? write a validation plan according to technical requirements (cts /hld / architecture/norms.…) in order to validate a component or a system.
? realize and write the test reports (cvp /ivp) and review the report with the component design engineer (cde).
? automatize as much as possible the test plan.
? write and describe in our tools (rtc) and review once a week with the component design engineer (cde) all the anomalies detected during the test.
? participate to continuous improvement by capitalizing new knowledge.
? respect safety rules and 5s.
? write lessons learned
? propose and define new means / new tools in order to improve our way to test
(test automation， software tools….)
requirement:

柴油發(fā)電機工程師 1.負責(zé)風(fēng)光柴儲微電網(wǎng)項目中柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計,負責(zé)柴油發(fā)電機組的電子電氣系統(tǒng)總成項目的技術(shù)支持、協(xié)調(diào);對設(shè)計單位提交的設(shè)計方案、圖紙進行審核;
2.負責(zé)制定具體施工方案并對施工現(xiàn)場進行施工管理;負責(zé)項目技術(shù)交底、設(shè)計變更、現(xiàn)場發(fā)電機組的并機調(diào)試等工作,負責(zé)解決柴油發(fā)電機組系統(tǒng)級工程問題;
3.負責(zé)項目中柴油發(fā)電機組工程施工項目的驗收、技術(shù)移交、投產(chǎn)運行工作;
4.負責(zé)對柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)各類技術(shù)文檔進行編寫、維護和培訓(xùn)工作,負責(zé)對運行維護操作員進行柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識和操作技能培訓(xùn);
