我是交通運輸系報關與國際貨運2班的學生，我認為上班也是一種實踐，在大都會人壽保險公司從事電銷工作近半年，假期及每周星期六星期天我都會過去上班，我希望我畢業(yè)之后能更好的與社會接觸，畢竟我都20歲了，我認為我們該為自己負起責任，有的說大學生的主要工作是學習，做兼職會浪費精力和時間不值得提倡，有的則認為大學是學校和社會的橋梁，我們畢業(yè)之后都得面對社會，兼職也是一個鍛煉的好機會，在我眼中依然一樣，這取決于你的目的是什么，是為了學習新東西呢？還是為了真正的掙錢？

做電銷是我人生當中第一份工作也為我贏來了人生當中的第一桶金，我知道它的重量和不容易也讓我學會很多，至少是一個從學生到職業(yè)人之間的轉(zhuǎn)換。我至今不愿放棄是因為人生在于學習，當電話那頭傳來一個又一個的拒絕，當我情緒受影響不穩(wěn)定時我知道了怎樣去面對去更好的處理。這不正是我們做兼職社會實踐的目的嗎？這是我在學校所學習不到的，我認為我們在學習學習好理論知識然后把它運用到工作實踐當中這才是我們上大學及學習的主要目的。我也學習到了如何為人處事，建立屬于自己的人際圈子，在半年工作當中我結(jié)交了很多朋友，幾乎都是在校大學生有的甚至是碩士，但是我們的業(yè)績都差不多，我認為只要肯努力學習，我將來會超過他們的!其實任何工作都一樣就看你用什么態(tài)度去對待，所謂“態(tài)度決定高度”。其實在我工作的時候遇見的問題遠遠不只這些，有的是自己沒有調(diào)整好心態(tài)造成的失敗，心態(tài)良好是做好電話營銷的墊腳石。

一個單位機構(gòu)就像一個馬達，每個部門是不同的工作單元，每個員工是具體的零件，馬達良好運轉(zhuǎn)就需要每個員工的共同協(xié)作,協(xié)作的橋梁是溝通。成員之間能夠良好的將自己的意見和建議表達給對方，才能使我們的馬達運轉(zhuǎn)的更加有序。溝通在組織中就如人的血脈,在生活中也同樣的重要。如果溝通不暢，就如血管栓塞，其后果是可想而知的。所以要學會溝通，就要一定懂得其途徑。因為它不只是語言，還包括動作、姿態(tài)、眼神、表情等等。有時一個眼神，一句我來了，抱一下肩膀，笑一笑......都會有很大的作用,讓你工作開心、事業(yè)有成。

溝通的重要目的就是人際關系，如果你的人際關系不好、溝通不暢，工作就不會順心。因為沒有人會和不懂溝通的人有良好的合作的。所以在生活和工作當中溝通是相當重要的。生活中沒有溝通，就沒有快樂人生。事業(yè)中沒有溝通，就沒有成功。工作中沒有溝通，就沒有效率。

通過這次實踐，讓我不僅僅是學會了如何贈險，更多的是一種人與人之間的交際能力。

一、實習目的：

實習是大學教育最后一個極為重要的實踐性教學環(huán)節(jié)。通過實習，使我們在社會實踐中接觸與本專業(yè)相關的實際工作，增強感性認識，培養(yǎng)和鍛煉我們綜合運用所學的基礎理論、基本技能和專業(yè)知識，去獨立分析和解決實際問題的能力，把理論和實踐結(jié)合起來，提高實踐動手能力，為我們畢業(yè)后走上工作崗位打下一定的基礎;同時可以檢驗教學效果，為進一步提高教育教學質(zhì)量，培養(yǎng)合格人才積累經(jīng)驗，并為自己能順利與社會環(huán)境接軌做準備。

二、實習地點：kodak和平數(shù)碼影像中心

由于這家影像中心新近了兩臺機器，一臺是noritsu牌型號qsf—v30s 的沖卷機，另一臺是型號qss—3301s的沖紙機，而且這兩臺機器都是日本進口的，使用說明書只有日文和英文版的，所以我的工作很明顯，就是把英文版的說明書翻譯成中文。

翻譯工作遠比我想像的要難，因為本身我不是英語專業(yè)的，說明書是圖文并貌，里面有大量的專有名詞，我的電子詞典都不夠用了，每天在店里我都與英語詞典形影不離，很慶幸把它從學校帶回了家。

在閑暇時候我也不閑著，虛心請教店里的師傅，學習一些用photoshop修改圖片的知識，例如，如何改紅眼、如何給照片整體和局域加亮等方法。經(jīng)過一段時間的學習，我也可以幫助店里修改數(shù)碼相片了，而且很有效率

其實人生充滿了機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在影像中心實習期間我也遇到了很多困難，有時真的對瑣碎重復的工作感到厭倦，一翻英文詞典就感到頭疼。不過我通過一段時間的摸索，總結(jié)出了擺正心態(tài)的重要性，冷靜分析，從自身查找原因，采取有效措施克服工作中的毛病，時刻保持自信和樂觀的態(tài)度。漸漸地我開始熟悉我的工作，而且越干越有章法，翻譯的效率和準確性也有明顯提高。最后，我用了15天左右的時間完成了三本說明書近450多頁的`翻譯工作，影像中心的老板對我的工作也是非常滿意。

三、實習收獲

1、通過在認識實習，讓我對影像的工作范圍和工作職責有了一個較深入的了解，學到了一些必備的辦公室事物處理和photoshop等網(wǎng)絡軟件的應用。

2、專業(yè)知識要不斷提高。這次實習讓我認識到我的專業(yè)知識有待提高，要增強理論與實際的結(jié)合。知識是學不完的，每天多會出現(xiàn)新的情況，為此我要時刻保持學習的心態(tài)，同時要把所學應用的實踐，這樣我才能進步。

3、工作要有耐心和細心。筆頭翻譯是一項是比較煩瑣的工作，面對那么多的枯燥無 味的思慕時常會心生煩悶，厭倦，以致于錯漏百出，而愈錯愈煩，愈煩愈錯。對此要調(diào)整好心態(tài)，要做到耐心和細心，這樣差錯少了就會越做越起勁，并會覺得這項工作也會使人快樂。

4、自主學習

工作時不再象在學校里學習那樣，有老師，有作業(yè)，有考試，而是一切要自己主動去學去做。只要你想學習，學習的機會還是很多的，老員工們從不吝惜自己的經(jīng)驗來指導你工作，讓你少走彎路;公司有各種各樣的培訓來提高自己，你所要作的只是甄別哪些是你需要了解的，哪些是你感興趣的。

5、積極進取的工作態(tài)度

在工作中，你不只為公司創(chuàng)造了效益，同時也提高了自己，象我這樣沒有工作經(jīng)驗的新人，更需要通過多做事情來積累經(jīng)驗。特別是現(xiàn)在實習工作并不象正式員工那樣有明確的工作范圍，如果工作態(tài)度不夠積極就可能沒有事情做，所以平時就更需要主動爭取多做事，這樣才能多積累多提高。6、團隊精神

工作往往不是一個人的事情，是一個團隊在完成一個項目，在工作的過程中如何去保持和團隊中其他同事的交流和溝通也是相當重要的。要學會與別人溝通、培養(yǎng)交流的能力以及與人合作的能力。合理的分工可以使大家在工作中各盡所長，團結(jié)合作，配合默契，共赴成功。個人要想成功及獲得好的業(yè)績，必須牢記一個規(guī)則：我們永遠不能將個人利益凌駕于團隊利益之上，在團隊工作中，會出現(xiàn)在自己的協(xié)助下同時也從中受益的情況，反過來看，自己本身受益其中，這是保證自己成功的最重要的因素之一。

7、基本禮儀

步入社會就需要了解基本禮儀，而這往往是原來作為學生不大重視的，無論是著裝還是待人接物，都應該合乎禮儀，才不會影響工作的正常進行。這就需要平時多學習，比如注意其他人的做法或向?qū)＜艺埥獭?/p>

8、為人處事

作為學生面對的無非是同學、老師、家長，而工作后就要面對更為復雜的關系。無論是和領導、同事還是客戶接觸，都要做到妥善處理，要多溝通，并要設身處地從對方角度換位思考，而不是只是考慮自己的事。

最后，我至少還有以下問題需要解決。

1、缺乏工作經(jīng)驗

因為自己缺乏經(jīng)驗，很多問題而不能分清主次，還有些培訓或是學習不能找到重點，隨著實習工作的進行，我想我會逐漸積累經(jīng)驗的。

2、工作態(tài)度仍不夠積極

在工作中僅僅能夠完成布置的工作，在沒有工作任務時雖能主動要求布置工作，但若沒有工作做時可能就會松懈，不能做到主動學習，這主要還是因為懶惰在作怪，在今后我要努力克服惰性，沒有工作任務時主動要求布置工作，沒有布置工作時作到自主學習。

3、工作時仍需追求完美

在工作中，不允許絲毫的馬虎，嚴謹認真是時刻要牢記的，以前我完成的工作中或多或少的會存在些問題，提交給老師后，有老師為我指出才沒給影響中心導致?lián)p失，要是我的錯誤導致了中心的損失后果不堪設想。

4、學術(shù)上不夠鉆研

這是由工作性質(zhì)決定的，也是我自己選擇的，因為在我看來，只有被市場認可的技術(shù)才有價值，同時我也認為自己更適合做與人溝通的工作。但我畢竟是旅游專業(yè)的學生，需要作一些技術(shù)的研究工作，這就需要我個人多向店里的師傅學習，同時，這也對我的工作有促進作用。
