六、負(fù)責(zé)本病區(qū)護(hù)士的政治思想工作,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療安全及法制教育,遵守院規(guī)院紀(jì)。
七、組織本病區(qū)的護(hù)理查房、業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)及技術(shù)訓(xùn)練,不斷提高護(hù)士業(yè)務(wù)水平及帶教質(zhì)量,并定期進(jìn)行考核。
八、負(fù)責(zé)病區(qū)管理,包括護(hù)士的合理分工、病區(qū)環(huán)境的整潔、安靜、安全、舒適以及對各類儀器、設(shè)備、藥品、醫(yī)療物品、文件的管理。

三、認(rèn)真執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度和技術(shù)操作規(guī)范,落實二級考核及獎懲制度。
四、參加科主任查房,以便了解醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展動態(tài)及護(hù)理工作中存在問題,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)聯(lián)系及溝通。
五、參加雙休日、節(jié)假日護(hù)理部護(hù)士長查房。
六、落實及考核護(hù)士及各層次護(hù)士培養(yǎng)計劃。
七、組織安排進(jìn)修護(hù)士及護(hù)理專業(yè)護(hù)生臨床帶教工作,完成帶教計劃,參加入科介紹、出科考核及教學(xué)講評。
